Enchanting 142m² or 1530 ft² Loft/Flat in F'Hain

This is my real home (NOT a holiday flat) and when I travel you may stay in this 142m² original Altbau (Old Building) apartment in the heart of Berlin, with high ceilings 3.5m, oak floors, huge rooms, lots of lights with big wood windows, with double frames.
Even if is an old flat, everything is fully functional !!! the heatings are VERY powerfull and hot water has strong pressure for comfortable showers !
Please read carefully the distribution of beds and materasses.
The apartment consist of
* 1 Big bedroom, with a Queen size bed (180x200cm).
* 1 Small room with a bed of 140x200 and a built in loft bed for 2.
* 1 Huge Salon , where there will be materasses (90x200) on the floor (up to 6)
* 1 huge kitchen (38sqm)
*1 bathroom with bathtub and separate shower cabinet, bidet (yes :)
*The all place is a NO SMOKING place, but there are two balconies.
*Any form of PARTY or VERY LOUD MUSIC and NOISE is Absolutely FORBIDDEN !
*No Shoes in the flat, clean slippers are provided !
