This 3 bedroom 3 bathroom Bayfront home sleeps 10 comfortably with a fully equipped kitchen, work stations and breathtaking views of the Mobile Bay. The home is newly renovated and includes a boathouse and fishing dock as well access to a beach entry for kayaks. It's is a perfect spot to watch dolphins splash, herons hunt, and Point Clear's famous sunsets. The home is located 20 minutes from downtown Fairhope, 30 minutes from Gulf Shores and 15 minutes from The Grand Hotel yet feels like a world away as a peaceful retreat. New appliances, renovated bathrooms and a large screened porch makes this a perfect spot for the writer looking for inspiration, the fisherman seeking a fresh catch, or the family who enjoys family dinners and nature's bounty. Wifi internet and puzzles/games also available for rainy days.
The two main floor bedrooms have king size beds with soft linens, incredible views and adjoining bathrooms. The upstairs bedroom has two king size beds with twin bunks and a full size bath with separatetub. There are also desk stations for guests who want to work with a view.
The home is equipped with streaming television through Mediacom and high speed wifi via an Eero mesh system. The kitchen offers extra touches like a water purification system at the sink,toaster, microwave, oven/air fryer combo, Keurig coffee maker, and large pots for a low country boil!

A fully equipped gas griddle is available to enjoy incredible views while you grill to your hearts delight. The back patio is screened and offers a table for dining with a view. Out door fire pit available. You supply your own wood. If you would like to bring a small boat or jet ski, a public launch is about a mile north of the home at Mullet Point. There is also a beach entry into the bay at a neighboring lot if you bring your own kayak or paddle board.
The boat house is equipped with chairs, table, andsink. Boat lifts are in need of repair and are not yet operable. Fishing and crabbing are encouraged! You can apply for a fishing license online here.
