》Cleaning Fee: This is a pass-through fee, meaning the entire cleaning fee goes toward paying our cleaning team. We partner with the best cleaners in our area and pay more than the average rate to guarantee a clean and safe place for our guests.

Guest access:
Guest can access the main house and lake. The two auxiliary buildings and garage are used to house our equipment and are used only by our property managers and maintenance teams. We will always try our best to inform our guests of any grounds visitors.

Other things to note:
As you can imagine, with 35+ Acres, we are constantly 'working' and maintaining our property. Don't be alarmed if you have a lawn maintenance crew coming to mow, or grounds crew coming to prepare the grounds for upcoming seasons.
