Enjoy a comfortable stay in this pet-friendly 2BR, 2.5BA end-unit townhome in a prime Colorado Springs location, just 7 minutes to downtown with easy access to major highways. With a garage, fast WiFi, and space to sleep up to 5, this home is ideal for short visits or monthly stays. Guests also enjoy access to a resort-style community clubhouse, pool, fitness center, and dog park.

🏠 The Home
This 1,463 sq ft end-unit townhome offers a welcoming layout with plenty of space to relax.
The main floor features a comfortable living room with ample seating and a sleeper sofa, flowing seamlessly into the dining area and updated kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for quick visits or extended stays, including generous counter space and a convenient kitchen bar. A half bathroom and interior access to the one-car garage complete the main level.
Upstairs, you'll find two private bedrooms. The primary bedroom includes a king bed, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom with dual vanities and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a cozy queen bed with easy access to the full bathroom in the hallway. A full-size washer and dryer are also located upstairs for added convenience.
The home is equipped with central A/C and fast WiFi to keep you comfortable and connected throughout your stay.

Great Property

This place had just about everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was great for relaxing and my dog loved the little dog park. The only thing was the hot tub wasnt going but since it is a community area that had nothing to do with the home. Me and my two teenagers stayed for 5 nights and this would definitely be a place I would go back to.

Not at all what wasadvertised!! Beware!

The check in paperwork was missing the very important information, the code to the door. The page with the code was 1/2 blank. Finally after finding the old email listed under Nestago (not VRBO) where I booked. Did not know they were the primary rental. I had to dig to find a person to call and communicate with. I reached out when locked out to VRBO through the app where it says contact “HOST” and no one responded to for many hours. We went the clubhouse on the property and they finally told us after many phone calls to the owners of the clubhouse, they did not own the condo we were renting. Terrible start! We rented this property for the gym, pool and spa advertised in l the pictures and description. The other reasons were that it was “NEW” and pet friendly. Well you have such strict rules around pets why is the carpet so dirty and smells like dog and cat pee everywhere especially in the bedrooms. We tried to use the gym and pool we found the key fob in our unit would not open any of the 3 points of entry. Thee unit advertising pool table, gym, pool and spa but we had NO access. I spent half of my day 1st speaking to someone finally from another country?? Does not understand English well (recording my call without permission) and then texting back and forth saying they would fix the key fob issue. Basically we stayed 3 nights and never were given access to the amenities advertised. Then they promised a discount and then I followed up and no discount! BEWARE!!!

Beautiful home with a great location!

This house was very clean and close to everything. The property manager was quick to respond and so kind. We really enjoyed our stay, and would definitely stay at this house again.

Great stay for 3.

Great accommodations for our party of three. Close to downtown restaurants. Less than 5 min drive to old town and about 10-15 min drive to Manitou. Fenced in yard was nice. Beds were comfortable enough. Only a couple of negatives which couldn’t be helped. Neighbors were a little noisy and the bathroom is small. Not great for a big guy. Hosts are excellent communicators.
