You must be 25 years old to rent at Romar Place.

Romar Place is located in beautiful Orange Beach on the beach, within walking distance from Wolf Bay Restaurant, Ruby Slipper Cafe, or Doc's Seafood. Attractions in the area include Adventure Island, Beachside Mini Golf, and Arcade. Romar place is located a short drive to the Wharf with plenty of shopping, restaurants and entertainment at your fingertips.

No parking of trailers, RV's or watercraft allowed onsite.

The complex DOES require parking passes and wristbands. The complex charges $50/parking pass and limits TWO vehicles per condo. You will need to purchase your parking registration at the front office onsite at Romar Place immediately upon arrival. Wristbands - yellow- these are for all guests ages 13 & above. Red wristbands - these are for all guests 12 & under and will be distributed upon arrival- registration and asked to be returned upon departure. There will be a drop off stand in the lobby for returns. If someone loses their bracelet they can come to the office and purchase another one for $10.00 (debit or credit only). The bracelets are rubber and can fit on the wrist or ankle. The bracelets must be worn at all times while on the premises. Failure in wearing the bracelet will prohibit anyone from using the common amenities.
