We can guarantee this particular Deluxe Crown Villa as an Owner’s Property Listing. That means the pictures you see here are the exact pictures of the Crown Villa you are booking.

This recently built (2024) Deluxe Crown Villa is located on an extra-large, double lot, and is in excellent condition. The owners intend to maintain it that way. For the privilege of being able to book a specific property and the guarantee of quality that comes with that choice, we charge a nightly rate that guarantees an ocean view, a recently rebuilt property, and private pool. All within a short walking distance of all the beaches; plus a golf cart(s) to accommodate all the guests.

This beautiful 5-bedroom Crown Villa has two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on the main floor, each having a King bed. Upstairs you will find three bedrooms with ensuite baths and King beds, including a beautiful Master bedroom consisting of a balcony terrace with a fantastic ocean view.

This villa offers modern decor and ultra-luxury features beyond compare (on par with the Cliff Villas). Enjoy the breakfast chef that comes in every morning to cook custom breakfasts, private maid service, and a refrigerator re-stocked with beer, water, soda, and juice daily at no extra cost. A limited supply of bottled alcohol and wine also included.

Among its features are whole house air conditioning, cable television, phones, and ceiling fans, while the decor has a distinctive modern flair. Shaded patios and verandas provide the perfect place to gather amidst gardens bursting with tropical foliage.

When you book, you will pay me the quoted amount for your stay depending on the season. The price is $500 per night (all seasons) for the accommodation. This amount does not include the required separate payments for the Elite Mint Green "Guest of Real Estate" band all-inclusive bracelets (see below) based on the number and ages of the guests.

Depending on the length of stay you choose (4-night minimum), you can obtain free tickets to the Ocean World aquatic park nearby and you can also enjoy a Gourmet BBQ Dinner at the Villa during one night of the stay; a Chef will come to prepare it for you, as well as a server to set up the table and serve your entire group. This is often a highlight for Villa Guests. And of course, you can enjoy many of the fantastic A la Carte restaurants and bars found throughout the resort.

As part of the booking, you will be extended the Elite Mint Green "Guest of Real Estate" All-inclusive bracelets, which is the equivalent to the White "Chairman" bracelets. These bracelets will grant your group access to the exclusive Chairman areas of the resort, including the Chairman's lite-fare restaurants, The Terrace Bar and The Monarch Cigar Lounge (both offering premium liquors), and Sea La Vie Beach. We will also be able to submit your dining and liquor preferences for you prior to arrival.

Elite Mint Green Band VIP — All Inclusive Rates — (includes Resort fee) — Adults $165 per night per person, Children 3-11 years $82.50 per night per child, Children under 3 are Free. (paid in two payments. Initial payment of 50% is due ninety (90) days prior to arrival. Balance payment of 50% is due forty-five (45) days prior to arrival).

The All-Inclusive covers all your meals and beverages including unlimited alcohol for the duration of your stay. Your reservation will include drink selections from a list of liquor and juices to enjoy in the Villa. The all-inclusive fee also covers airport transfers to and from the Resort from either the Puerto Plata (POP) or Santiago (STI) airports.

At this level we can offer our guests the top amenities that are typically reserved for Chairman. As part of the Mint Green Service, a Lifestyle representative will meet you at the airport, either Puerto Plata (POP) or Santiago (STI) that will whisk you to the resort to begin your Awesome All-inclusive Vacation! No rental car needed.

Your Villa will include a golf cart to roam the resort. ‘Villa direct’ bookings extend ‘golf cart seats to accommodate the full group’. So a group of 6 would receive either a 6-person cart or two 4-person carts. Groups of 7-8 would receive two 4-person carts, etc.

Additionally, as part of the Mint Green Band All-inclusive, you will have access to the resorts 13 restaurants, including the gourmet Azul restaurant and the much sought after Vienna Coffee House, The Chairman’s lite fare restaurants Aquarella and Wafflerie, 33 bars and an array of nightly entertainment just to mention a few of the incredible amenities. There is a huge array of additional amenities included which I will be happy to share with you.
