The Sandy Beach Getaway East is a high-end duplex boasting five spacious and beautifully decorated bedrooms. Each bedroom has been thoughtfully designed and has beds furnished with comfortable new memory foam mattresses and 55” TVs. Each cheerful bedroom is flooded with natural light during the day thanks to large windows.

The primary bedroom boasts a king-sized bed and a private bathroom. You’ll find a desk in this room, which is perfect for anyone who needs to get some work done during their stay. This room also has a fold-away crib available in case you’re traveling with a young child.

The second and third bedrooms feature similar layouts, each with a king-sized bed and plenty of storage to unpack your belongings and feel at home. The fourth bedroom offers two queen-sized beds and an ensuite bathroom. Finally, the fourth bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a single bed, and a trundle, making it the perfect room for a slumber party for the young ones in your group!

This modern home offers three full bathrooms and a half bathroom. All of the bathrooms are stocked with plush towels and environmentally friendly shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and soap for your convenience.

The first bathroom is the ensuite to the master bedroom and offers double sinks, a soaking tub, and a separate walk-in shower.

The second and third full bathrooms share a similar design with combination showers and tubs and sleek, modern finishes. Each features a double vanity as well. There is a convenient half bathroom that caters to the main floor common area.

In addition to the bathrooms, there’s an outdoor shower you can use to rinse off the sand on your way back from a day at the beach. Need to do laundry during your stay? You can do so with ease thanks to the washing machine and dryer tucked discreetly in the laundry closet next to the living room.

Enjoy your meals by pulling up a comfy stool at the kitchen island, or using the dining table set for ten guests. You’ll also find a table and chairs beneath the home and outside on the deck if you prefer to dine outdoors while enjoying the ocean breeze.

The living room is a cozy and relaxing area, furnished with plush sofas and chairs and finished with a 70” HDTV - an ideal setup for unwinding after a long day spent on the sunny Gulf shores. Pick your favorite spot on the sofa and enjoy quality time with your loved ones.

This home has two decks with amazing views, perfect for lounging outdoors with your morning cup of coffee or evening cocktail. Nestled in a lovely gated community, this spacious home comes with access to the community swimming pools and a hot tub just a few houses down. The beach is also just a short walk away, and help yourself to the provided beach toys, towels, umbrellas, 8 beach chairs, a cooler, and a beach cart and more when you head for a day of fun in the sun!

Sandy Beach Getaway East is a half-duplex based in a gated community. As guests, you’ll have full access to the entire home, including the community pool and hot tub, and both the indoor and outdoor areas. We have various beach equipment for your use, including beach chairs, beach toys, a cooler, and a beach cart to ensure that the beach is enjoyed to its fullest potential.



This home has a maximum occupancy of 14 guests. Please note that if you have a larger group, it may be possible to rent out the next-door unit if it's available. Let us know your requirements and we’ll do our best to make arrangements that work for you!

Please note that this is a pet-friendly home, so we welcome you to bring your furry friend along on your holiday. We offer guests the opportunity to bring along two well-behaved pets under the weight of 50 lbs. A fee of $50/pet will be charged for their stay.

A gate and door code will be sent prior to your arrival for both the gate and the front door. There is ample parking available for a maximum of 6 vehicles in the shared parking lot. Street parking is prohibited.

Despite the unit having a private offset construction, we ask guests to please be respectful to the adjoining unit by adhering to the noise cutoff time of 10 pm. Please note that this is a quiet and respectful residential community, thus parties and loud gatherings are not allowed.
