For those cozy nights in, the kitchen offers everything needed for a homemade meal, including brand new modern appliances, granite countertops, a full stove/oven, microwave range, coffee maker drip and k-pod, toaster, blender, and all essential cookware. Gather around the formal dining table for a meal with ocean views as the perfect backdrop.

Step onto your private direct oceanfront balcony overlooking the pools, gorgeous North Myrtle Beach coastline, and take in the stunning ocean views from the Main bedroom and Living room.

BEDROOMS:
The bedrooms offer one king-sized bed in the main bedroom and two luxurious queen-size beds in the guest room, perfect for a restful night sleep, along with a Smart TV to enjoy your favorite shows as you relax in either bedroom. Two spacious closets provide ample storage, allowing you to unpack and feel right at home.

- This condo is located in Tower 2, providing 5th floor views for a more peaceful and private stay. The unit is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest for your comfort and safety. We provide a starter supply of essentials like paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags, so you can settle in before needing to shop.

- Linens and Towels included and can be swapped out during your stay for a small fee.

- Bay Watch Resort also offers an on-site restaurant and bar, as well as seasonal entertainment options. Please note that pool towels are not provided by the resort, and 2 parking passes will be available for you upon arrival. If you have any special requests or questions during your stay, our team is available to assist promptly.

- Beach Gear: We do not provide beach chairs and umbrella for guest use, but seasonally it can be rented by the lifeguards.

RENTAL AGREEMENT: The Rental Agreement must be completed within 1 hour of booking. By consenting, you agree to the mandatory, non-refundable $45 damage protection fee, which covers accidental damage up to $1,000 and eliminates the need for a security deposit. Failure to complete the agreement may result in cancellation of your reservation. This policy helps us maintain our properties in excellent condition while also protecting you during your stay.

Parking Limitations:
Per resort policy, motorcycles, trailers, and golf carts are not permitted in the resort parking deck. Each condo is limited to two (2) parking spaces total. Vehicles over 6’6” in height cannot enter the parking deck. Any overnight parking fees are set and collected by the resort front desk and are not managed by the host.
We want to ensure you have a fantastic stay at our cozy 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condo. Please take a moment to review our house rules to make your experience as enjoyable as possible:

1. Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-in time is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. The rental agreement will be sent electronically and will need to be signed 24hrs before check-in.

2. Smoking and Vaping:
Our property is strictly non-smoking and non-vaping. Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the house or on the balcony/porch. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking, if available.

3. Pets:
Sorry, but pets are not allowed on the premises. We love animals, but we want to ensure a clean and allergy-free environment for all guests.

4. Quiet Hours:
Please respect our neighbors and maintain quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
