Dirty linens and stained comforters. Bathroom permanently smelled like urine and couldn’t use the fold out couch due to very large yellow stain on the thin and very old mattress. Pillows were old and very hard.This property needs a little investment to make it a place to not just lay your head and hope it’s clean enough. Communications were fine and check in was seamless.

Cabin was great. Very clean , comfortable loved the fireplace, the pool table, the arcade, games, ,hot tub, and the back porch with the view.. convenient to Dollywood and to the parkway.

We had a wonderful stay. The cabin is cozy and a perfect place to rest and relax. Loved that you feel hidden but yet close to everything! The owner is very responsive to any needs!

Good rental with a few items for you to consider. A couple issues reported to owner were resolved 2nd day or soon after we checked out. The listing is accurate. I suspected that the master bedroom was a loft open to living room below based on pics. It is a loft including the jacuzzi tub, so we took the downstairs bedroom with door and let kids sleep upstairs. This place is a little dated, but pretty cozy besides the issues. Location 9/10Mountain View 7/10Communication 9/10Hot Tub 8/10Cleanliness 8/10Bed Comfort 9/10Showers 4/10 but repaired after checkoutHVAC 10/10Internet 8/10Pool table 8/10 after cues repairedArcade machine 6/10 Fun to try, but controls were finicky (as wxpeIssues/Concerns:1. 2nd floor bath drainage will leak and drip through kitchen ceiling when more than 2 showers occur upstairs back to back. Gets worse with subsequent showers. Owner stated he would look into this. Before we reported the issue, owner had initially stated that it leaks when people don’t put the shower liner inside the tub. He has signs in bathrooms about ensuring liner is in tub. I checked during and after each shower and there was not water on floor outside tub.2. The water pressure in 1st floor shower was way too high. Probably over 3.5 gpm. This has reportedly been fixed after we checked out by replacing showerhead.3. All 3 pool cues had the tips off, so they were all bare, flat plastic tips. The owner kindly replaced all the tips the morning of day 2 and left a 4th cue.

Spring Break Getaway

The Cabin was perfect for our family get-away! Clean, comfy, pretty view, and close to all the activities we wanted to do! Host was super communicative and we loved being able to bring our dog along for the fun! Highly recommend!

Lovely Cabin, very clean and great location

My husband, my mom and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the cabin, had a great location and was very clean. The only recommendation I have is the beds are in need of some new pillows. Otherwise fantastic place. Even saw bears in the back

Grandson’s First Vacation

We took a family vacation for a week with my 8 month old grandson and this cabin was perfect. The location is perfect and the space was perfect for his naps and play time. Still plenty for the adults as well. Highly recommend and the hosts were delightful.

Great cabin and great owner!

Cabin was very close to Pigeon Forge. 5-10 minute ride at most. Tom, the owner is extremely helpful and nice. I would certainly recommend this cabin.

Family Getaway Down the street from Dollywood

It was so convenient to be 5 min from Dollywood, 10 min from all the attractions in Gatlinburg yet you still feel like you are staying in the mountains in a very comfy cabin. The video games, pool table and hot tub kept kids busy. Having two bathrooms is a plus.

BEAUTIFUL CABIN

Perfect cabin for our family. Very close to Dollywood and all the towns near by. Comfy and cute. Had all the things we needed. And loved waking up to the sunrise coming in through the large cabin window. Jacuzzi was the best! Best vacation ever!!
