Recently updated throughout, Bella Vista features refreshed décor, new flooring, updated furnishings, and brand-new beds and mattresses for a comfortable night’s sleep after long beach days. The open-concept living and dining area provides plenty of room to gather, while the fully equipped kitchen includes two refrigerators, two dishwashers, and generous counter space—ideal for preparing meals for a crowd. A private theater room adds a great option for movie nights or downtime indoors.



Outdoor living is just as impressive. The private Gulf-front pool (with optional heating) is perfect for relaxing after the beach, and the updated deck sits just steps from the sand. A private boardwalk provides direct beach access, making it easy to move between the house and the shoreline.



Located on West Beach in Gulf Shores, Bella Vista is within walking distance of West Beach Pass, where Little Lagoon meets the Gulf—a scenic and popular stretch of coastline. Covered parking and an elevator make arrival and unloading simple, especially for larger groups.

Entry to the unit is simple with our digital lock system—just use the unique code provided before your stay. Unit includes private parking on property and can comfortably fit 8 vehicles. 4 vehicles can fit underneath the house and 4 can park in front of the home.
