We had a great visit. One thing we couldn't find was hot pads for hot items from the oven. Pool was great!

Clean, well decorated, spacious, great, anything you needed kitchen, nice size comfortable bedrooms. Pool was very enjoyable. out there everyday.

Perfect for golf group

We all had a great time, and all of our courses were within 15 to 20 minutes. Nice place!

The home was clean and ready to enjoy. I loved having plenty of plates, glasses, and silverware available to use in the kitchen. Two refrigerators and 2 dishwashers made feeding 17 so much easier to accomplish. There are a total of 48 steps to reach the top floor. I feel that should be obvious in host description or pictures on the website. All seven bathrooms were clean and nice to use. The pool was clean and wonderful to use. A few more lounge chairs would have been great also. Our group had a super time at Casa Playa and would recommend it to others with larger groups.

So glad the east side of Casa Playa was clean and ready, and that the loaded kitchen — plenty of plates and glasses, two fridges AND two dishwashers — made feeding all 17 so much easier. That's exactly what those extras are for! Great point on the stairs, too — you're right that 48 steps to the top floor should be crystal clear up front, and I'm going to make sure that's spelled out better in the listing. Thank you for that. Our family of 17 stayed here for 4 nights. There was plenty of room for all of us! We were especially thankful for the 2nd refrigerator! The house was clean and had everything we needed. We appreciated that there were so many bathrooms and a laundry as we had 5 young children with us. We loved how close the beach was to the house. We sat out in the balcony every night. Would definitely come again!

great vacation home

house was set-up great for a big group, nice set-up close to the beach. Beds were comfortable and each bedroom had its own private bathroom which was nice for groups of different families. nice pool and good parking.

Great place, host and experience!

We greatly enjoyed our two months at Rick's place. He is an excellent communicator. We were very pleased with the house, the location to the beach (only about .2 miles to beach access), and the proximity to town. One thing to keep in mind if you are scheduling the winter season (Jan-Feb) is that there might be construction nearby, but they don't start super early or work too late. But the winter is the slow season, so lots of rentals in the area try to get projects taken care of during that time. We also really loved everyone being able to have their own bathroom. Overall, great place to stay, great host, and great experience.

Awesome location! Rooms are huge and EVERY ROOM HAS ITS OWN BATHROOM!

This place was great! It accommodated a lot of people very easily. Huge bedrooms all with their own bathrooms! We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay when you have a large group.

Great place to stay when you have a large group. The pool was a nice addition. Very clean and well stocked. I recommend the Bama Beach House for your large group wanting to spend time at the beach.
