Just a short drive to Airport, Spring Training, Hiking, and Top rated Golf Courses. This amazing complex offers a Gym, Game Room, BBQ's, Pool & Spa for you to hang out and enjoy the Arizona sunshine! Fully stocked kitchen for you to stay in and enjoy a home cooked meal. Bring your bags and let us take care of the rest!
The space The condo is located on the 2nd floor of building with stair access. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed for home cooked meals. Dining room is set up for seating of 4 and opens up to the living space that has 2 lounge chairs and couch with Smart TV.
Master Bedroom has a king sized bed, TV, desk, walk in closet, with an attached bathroom.
Guest bedroom has King sized bed with plenty of closet space. Guest bathroom with tub & shower combo.
Private patio with seating area.
Complex has gym, game room, washers and dryers, BBQ's, Pool & Spa.
Please note that washer and dryer are community laundry and in the building. There is not a washer/dryer in unit.
There is one reserved covered parking space and there are visitor parking spaces throughout the complex.
This is a prime location right in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale.. Plenty to do all within close proximity.
Guest access Guest have access to the entire condo. Complex amenities are shared with other residents.
Other things to note No loud parties or late night loud activity. Neighbors must be respected at all times.
Quiet hours are 10 PM nightly.
Absolutely no smoking in unit. $500 fine for any signs of smoking in unit or patio.

Excellent property in an excellent location walkable to everything! Pool was fantastic! Condo is as described. It was also nice to have toiletries and k cups so we didn’t have to rush out to the grocery store. Nice to sit on balcony. Hoping to stay again!

We loved the clean pool and courtyard area just a short walk from the condo! Also the location to down town Scottsdale made it very convenient to walk (10-15 min) or drive where we wanted to go. Very comfortable and clean place to enjoy a winter get away!

Pool area was clean, with shade and sun areas, and private being inbetween the buildings. The condo has a great location being so close to shopping in old Scottsdale, restaurants etc. The only downfall is the condo backs onto Camelback Road - thankfully the portable air conditioner in the master bedroom drowned out the road noise so sleeping wasn’t an issue.

Gina, Thank you for your feedback. We don't advertise that there is a washer/dryer in unit. There is a community laundry in the building. The property is right in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale one block from Fashion Square mall. We will use the other feedback to improve future guests experience.

On the first day of our arrival, there was no hot water and the water pressure was very low. We had no water at all on the second day. The central air conditioning did not work and the portal air conditioning unit in the primary suite also did not work. The unit is old and worn. The best part of this rental is the location.

Always excellent pool time! Condo was a little older but clean and well stocked. No issues at all. Walkable to restaurants. We requested early check in but unable to get in until 4:00. That was okay but text/email delays got me anxious about the booking. It worked out fine and we greatly enjoyed our stay.

The host responded quickly when I had a question. The condo was in good condition, nice, and clean. We also felt very safe.There was plenty of space for us to spread out.The location was within walking distance of our marathon event or close enough to use Lyft for a small fee.The only thing I made note of was that I was not able to get the bedroom tv to choose channels once it was turned on using the remote. The remote batteries could have been dead, but not sure. It was not a problem for me because at the days end I was too tired to watch tv anyway Thanks for the use of this space while in town for our marathon. Appreciate the hospitality

A washer and dryer is listed under Amenities at the top of the listing , same as a kitchen. However there is no washer and dryer in this condo, it’s clear across the opposite side complex and it’s coin operated. I think that is misleading. It’s not until the very en of the description does it say coin operated. Had I realized that I would not have rented it, as we were staying for a full 7 days. I packed thinking I could wash a few things during the week. The condo itself was clean and comfortable but the bathrooms need an upgrade. The master bath is a ceramic stand up shower and there is nothing to hold onto if you were to slip. Water pressure is very weak and dripped constantly. I reported this in the property management review as well. It also didn’t have air conditioning except for a room A/C in the master. Apparently that is managed by the complex, and it wasn’t time to turn it on yet. Our trip was early - mid February and temps were 75-82 every day. it would have been nice to have it for the other bedroom at night The location is awesome - so overall it’s clean, comfortable and it’s close to everything we needed. The property management group was responsive and timely. But I. wouldn’t book it again.

This apartment was deeply disappointing and fell far below reasonable expectations. It is a tired, minimally updated 1970s walk‑up that backs directly onto Camelback Road, and its only real advantage is the convenient location.When we arrived, the internet did not work at all. We called and texted three different phone numbers; one was text‑only and replied that messages were not monitored, another went to voicemail, and the sales office told us they couldn’t help and we could leave if we were unhappy. About 45 minutes later we finally got a call saying the modem was defective and had been replaced, but the network name and password had been changed, which created completely avoidable confusion.Additional issues in the unit included:A shower head that would not stop dripping.Threadbare sheets in the second bedroom that clearly needed replacing.Damage at the bottom of the primary bedroom door that looked like it had been chewed or scratched by a rodent.The strike plate for the deadbolt had been removed, leaving the lock largely ineffective and raising real security concerns.Décor that felt haphazard and cheaply done, more like a worn college dorm than a vacation rental.Given these problems with maintenance, cleanliness, and security, I would strongly recommend booking elsewhere. This unit does not meet a reasonable standard for a vacation rental.

We appreciated that the place was stocked with everything we needed like shampoo, soap, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap etc. Loved that it was .8 miles from Old Town. We walked to Old Town. There was grocery store (Sprouts) close by, a Starbucks coffee, and Zipps sports bar with outdoor seating and lots of TV’s. Great burgers and burritos. All of this just a block or two away. There is no washer and dryer in the unit, deck is large but faces Camelback road so you hear some traffic. We loved our stay and will come back.
