Tami was an amazing host and the condo was nicely down up. It accommodated our party of 4 nicely. The complex was nice with the heated pool and hot tub. The complex is in close proximity to Old Town which was nice.

The unit was nicely updated and furnished with adequate kitchen utensils. The pool and hot tub were nicely maintained and available. The unit was located conveniently close to stores, restaurants, and grocery. The owner was very responsive with any questions we had.

Our host was incredibly responsive and welcoming — her quick communication made everything so easy. The place was spotless, had dark curtains for great sleep, and the water pressure was excellent. The location couldn’t be better: close to all the attractions and the old-town nightlife. We had a great time and would definitely stay again.

This property was a great location to explore Scottsdale, only minutes away from Old Town (you can take a Waymo wherever you need to go which is pretty inexpensive). The host, Tami, was very responsive and the property was clean and super cute, they had fans onsite which was nice - and a full length mirror! I couldn't find an iron but I'm sure Tami would provide one, if needed. As a heads up, this condominium complex has several buildings so you will need to acquaint yourself with which building you're staying in, especially if using a ride share. The pool is smaller than it appears in pictures but was a great option to use, the chairs fill up fast so plan accordingly. Tami provides pool towels which was awesome. I would stay here again!

This was a late morning start dream!! The rooms were perfect size and good use of space. The room stayed dark for some sleeping in. The pool was perfect and very close to the apartment. The area is safe with walkable distance to food and entertainment. The access to the running ditches was pleasant.

Amazing new Condo! We have stayed in this community before and this is the nicest unit we have stayed in! Great location with no road noise but close the gym, spa and pool. This was the biggest pool we have seen in Old Town Scottsdale. The host was terrific and we could tell she really wanted us to have a great experience. Also appreciated the electronic guidebook. Nice that we could walk across the street to have dinner and get coffee. We will definitely choose this one again the next time we stay in old town.

This unit’s air conditioning is controlled through a building wide controller, managed by the complex’s maintenance staff, and turned off during the Winter months. There was an unseasonable warm spell during December, and we were unable to cool the master bedroom below 76 degrees. The increased unit temperature made sleeping at night uncomfortable. There was no way to cool the unit, and we were advised by complex maintenance to leave the windows/doors open late at night and early morning to provide cooling. This was difficult to accomplish due to our vacation itinerary and our safety concerns at being in an unfamiliar location and the inability to lock the front door’s security gate. Both the front door and back slider are easily accessible to the public. Additionally, once the door, slider and windows were closed the temperature would elevate back up within a short time. The unit’s owner, Tami, was receptive and attempted to resolve the issue by providing us with two oscillating fans, which helped move the air, but did not decrease the bedroom temperature. She also offered to provide us with a portable AC unit, but at that point, we were already halfway through our stay. Again, to Tami’s credit she did provide some additional resolution due to this inconvenience. Otherwise, the unit, the property, amenities and location were decent, and we would have provided this unit with a five-star review if it were not for the uncomfortable sleeping temperature.

The condo is nice and clean. Host was great & responsive when I had a question. One of the rooms has 3 twin beds which is great and still some space for 3 people. Kitchen was nice , but our only issue was not enough lighting there and no recycling can. The master was nice, but not enough lighting. Not bright when you need it. Spacious closet.
