We didn’t spent much time at the hotel, but it was a great location, good value for the cost, fresh coffee available every morning. Was perfect for what we needed.

The view was great and everything was clean. Staff was responsive and friendly. The only issue was the constant stomping above, which is not the fault of the staff.

The host was welcoming, and explained where to park and how to access amenities. Everything was clean and in good working order. We appreciated having a full-sized refrigerator and access to dishes and pans. The jacuzzi was just the right temperature.

The pillows were too plump and they gave no other options for a flatter one. The hot tub was lukewarm which is not inviting. Why hotels now use bright lights in bathrooms with no option to dim or turn off the fan is a mystery to me. It doesn’t promote relaxing bathroom time. Otherwise we loved the Mountain View from our room - and everything was clean. The location was convenient. Hope you learn something from my feedback.

Did not like that there was not a smart tv. Don’t plan on watching any of your streaming channels. Only tv channels and all the commercials. I tried to purchase a PPV movie but it wouldn’t work and the front desk was no help. I liked that there was free coffee available in the lobby 24/7 (if it wasn’t empty). I had to ask the front desk person to make some. All containers were empty on 2 occasions. I was there 2 nights. Make sure to bring body lotion. There were no extra bathroom amenities available. Also no kitchen amenities. You had to ask front desk for anything to cook or eat with. Silverware, plates, pots, pans, utensils. Everything. The place was clean which trumped everything to me. I would stay there again if nothing else was available.

Our room as perfect. An in suite full kitchen. It was clean and tons of pillows. The hostess was very friendly and made dinner recommendations. The whole experience was great. We stayed Wednesday to Friday.
