Welcome to Orangeburg Street! This home will greet you with ample off street parking and a beautifully landscaped yard. As you enter the home, you will be in the foyer adjacent to the stairs and garage. There is one bedroom and bathroom on the first level. You can also access the back yard from the screened in porch. As you go upstairs to the 2nd level, you will enter the open living, kitchen, and dining space.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up a feast, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, and microwave. The kitchen is anchored by a 12 foot countertop island, perfect for gathering around! There is also plenty of cabinet space for all your cooking needs. The kitchen flows into the the living room which features a cozy sectional sofa and a large flat screen TV.
The 3rd level has the 3 additional bedrooms. All four bedrooms are all spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for you and your guests to spread out. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated and features comfortable beds, ample storage space, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light.

Construction noise may also occur in the area. While we strive to inform guests of potential disruptions, we may not always have advance notice of such activities.

Charleston does have quite a few bugs, we have a professional pest control company service the house every month. Every effort is made to present a clean home at Check-In. To minimize the impact of bugs on your vacation, keep doors/windows closed, food wrapped and store it in the refrigerator. No commercial photography and filming allowed. Over all the home is lovely, clean and well maintained. The stairs were a struggle with big suitcases. Not happy with location and area. Had to Uber, not ideal for visiting downtown Charleston.
