The beach is a scenic 15-minute bike ride, and Greenwood Gate is just one mile away for easy access to grocery stores and local restaurants.

Included supplies:
Your property will come stocked with a STARTER set (you will need to buy more) of paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, laundry detergent, and garbage bags.

CANCELLATION POLICY
To be eligible for a refund, you must cancel at minimum 60 days prior to check in.
In the event you, the Guest, needs to cancel your reservation and the reservation is applicable to a refund, the funds will be sent back to the you in the same manner they were received. All cancellations are subject to a $350 administrative fee. There are no exceptions.
Guests are encouraged to purchase Trip/Travel Insurance at the time of booking. This is offered through a 3rd party vendor. Beach House Boutique does not issue refunds due to acts of nature such as weather, road conditions, power outages, security, travel warnings or political unrest. *

Car Passes:– Sea Pines requires a car pass for each approved vehicle. Passes are $10/day or $20/week per vehicle (be sure to state you are staying in SeaPines). These must be purchased at the gate, cash only.

She is a former television news anchor, weather anchor and entertainment reporter who worked for 10 years at NBC, FOX and ABC affiliates in both Charlotte, North Carolina and Savannah, Georgia. Jennifer retired from the TV News Business in 2011 to help her husband, Fabio Miotto, operate their rapidly growing Hardscapes, Screen Porch and eventually Pool business.
Jennifer is a fully licensed and bonded residential contractor and a licensed Real Estate agent in the state of South Carolina. Her knowledge and experience in both of these realms made the move to vacation property management a natural transition, as it combines two of the passions she is licensed and experienced in. In addition to this, Jennifer has carved a niche in the Hilton Head Vacation Property world by decorating and furnishing her homes with simple but modern and upscale design. Her properties have an endless amount of unique features like Lowcountry swing beds on the porch, over the top themed kids rooms (this feature is extremely rare on Hilton Head Island), Keurig Coffee Makers in the master bath and kitchen, beautiful duvets from West Elm, chic and modern pool and deck spaces that extend the homes interior into a luxurious outdoor retreat.
Jennifer and Fabio have grown and operated 3 very successful local businesses with A+ Angie's list ratings, hundreds of references, and now 100 percent 5-star reviews on their vacation properties. Almost every vacationer comments that this was the best home they had ever rented!
