Welcome to this distinctive vacation property managed locally by Island Time Hilton Head.

With a scenic spot on the 11th hole, a private pool and spa to spend the day in, and spectacular views of the lagoon and golf course, this South Carolina home is the perfect vacation spot.

Vaulted ceilings make this property feel comfortably spacious, which becomes even more immense when you open the sliding doors to the large deck with views of the pool. A fully equipped kitchen lets you whip up meals, and the living room will have you relaxing in elegance. The main floor has three bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom and flatscreen TV. If you love golf and sunshine, book this vacation home today!

Great property and location

The place was great. It was well equipped and we loved the pool as well as the view. The location was a plus being able to walk or bike to Harbour Town. We would definitely book this place again in the future.

Relax and enjoy

Perfect location near Harbortown and on a golf course. The pool, deck, and other amenities made the home a comfortable relaxing place to stay. Highly recommend!

Very relaxing stay. Pool was a great place to gather. Each of the three rooms had their own adjoining bathroom. Well maintained house and property. Easy walk to light house shopping and restaurants.

We had an awesome stay and will definitely be staying here again next year. This house is on the 11th Tee of Heron Pointe Golf Course and is within a short walk of Harbour Town Lighthouse. I would definitely recommend this place to friends.

Course was under construction week we were there so quiet behind the house. Pond was always a treat when we spotted the alligator. Dishwasher would not always start is the only negative item.

Island Time is the most attentive and involved management companies we have used over many years; the personal touch and concern over our stay was very evident and much appreciated. The only negative about this house is that the pool area doesn’t get a lot of sun. We visited Columbus Day week and paid to heat the hot tub. That was key. However I wouldn’t recommend paying to heat the pool at that time of year because in my experience, the pool temperature was perfect.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the layout of the house and the location on the 11th hole. Two big issues: - No hot tub instructions were given - in the app it said to call property mangement - we did, they had to send someone out. He couldn't get it to work and said he would have to send the pool company...never did. We ended up finding a laminated instructions sheet in the bar drawer and got it working...but this should have been left out and instructions included in the app. - The Dryer didn't work - I called property management they said they would send someone out - they never did. We really counted on having a washer and dryer that worked.

Carolina Getaway 2023 Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were pleasantly surprised to see the many modifications had taken place from last year. New furniture and painted deck plus others. We had a good time overall visiting Hilton Head. Didn't spend as much time at the house as the Spa heat was broken. One of the main attractions to the house and its location on the golf course. We would spend all of idle time on the back deck enjoying the spa and pool, which we didn't have the option to take advantage of. Mixed communications on what the issue was took days to resolve and, in the end, repairs wouldn't happen till May 30th as the gas line feeding the heater was compromised. It required 4 days before we finally had found out the cause of the spa heater issue. There were still a couple maintenance issues that we identified and more to offer after staying there for a week. Our stay was from May 10th thru the 18th. I will say that they did offer us a refund on the Spa heat with some other compensation, which we have not seen or received confirmation on as of 5-20-23.

Wonderful place! Just a few minor things to note...

The house is beautiful. The pool and hot tub were great!! Location is perfect. I'd like to just let anyone booking know that in the small print you will see that you get a $250 credit through a third party booking agency to rent beach chairs and bikes. This info comes in a confirmation email. Because I didn't see/read it, I ignored the emails I was receiving from a company called Vakygear - thinking it was spam. So pay attention when you book. When I tried to book bikes the day after we arrived it was not possible without paying a $50 late fee and we would not have received them until the day before we were leaving. So it wasn't worth it for us. We opted to pay for beach chairs and an umbrella at the beach, and it actually turned out fine and was less expensive, plus we didn't have to carry them. A few other minor things.... There are no instructions on how to use the hot tub. You have to pay extra to have it heated - which we did, but it took a day or so to figure out how it actually worked. We called and couple times and they talked us through it. But, an instruction guide would be helpful. There are no kitchen supplies left behind (salt, pepper, oil, etc.) So if you plan to cook, you will need to purchase everything you need. And lastly, there are no beach towels, so be sure to pack you own! Overall, we LOVED this house and would for sure book again, now that we are aware of the above mentioned items!
