Plan your perfect Cape Cod getaway at our newly renovated, beautifully decorated home, ideally located just 1 mile from Sandy Neck Beach. The population beach destination offers family-friendly amenities, including showers and a concession stand. Your stay includes a parking pass, saving you $20 per day! The home is perfect for families traveling with kids and even grandparents or extended family members.

Most Cape rentals give you a place to stay—this home gives you an experience.
Designed by a professional interior designer, every detail has been thoughtfully curated to create a space that feels both elevated and effortlessly livable. From the layout to the finishes to the furnishings, everything is intentionally chosen to balance beauty with real comfort.
This isn’t a house filled with generic rental furniture. Each piece is selected to invite you to slow down, sink in, and actually enjoy your time—whether that’s morning coffee, long dinners, or unwinding after a day at the beach. It’s a home built for making meaningful, lasting memories with the people you care about.

We spent the off season renovating the home. We updated the kitchen and bathrooms, added hardwood floors throughout the house, new furniture, window treatments and decor. It is your perfect home away from home for your summer get away.

Please note - the pictures show most of the new renovation but there are still some rooms in progress. We are awaiting for a some furniture and decor and they will be updated as they are available. Everything will be installed by April 15th.

The House: Comfort and Style for Up to 8 Guests
Our home is designed with vacationers in mind, offering 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms:

Primary Suite: King bed with an ensuite bathroom.
Second Bedroom: Queen bed.
Third & Fourth Bedrooms: Two twin beds in each (one located on the basement level).
Convenient Bathrooms: One on the first floor, two on the second floor, including the primary ensuite.
The house features central AC, strong Wi-Fi (perfect for working remotely), and plenty of space to unwind:

Chef’s Kitchen: Granite countertops, large island, and seating for 8. Stocked with everything you need to cook a great meal during your stay. Elevated appliances from Breville, Viking Cookware and William Sonoma and Viking cooking tools.
Family Room: Relax with a 65" TV and cable.
Dining Room: Extra space for gatherings, dining table seats 8 more.
Formal Living Room: Space to quietly enjoy your vacation
Den: Another great room to hang out it, furnished with a sectional, upholstered ottoman and chair to have fun family movie nights on a 65" TV.
Outdoor Living: Weber grill and backyard seating for 8 make evenings perfect for barbecues.
Beach Fun and Local Adventures
Sandy Neck Beach offers endless activities: sunbathing, swimming, beachcombing, or driving out onto the sand (permit required). For those looking to explore, the neighborhood tennis/pickleball court is a short walk away

Restaurants, shops, and galleries are just a short drive away, with a few within walking distance. Grocery stores like Stop & Shop and Whole Foods make meal prep a breeze.

Sheets and towels are provided for your stay, so you can pack light and focus on enjoying your trip.


Important Notes:

-Pets are not typically allowed, but exceptions may be made depending on the type and age of the pet. If an exception is made, there is an additional non refundable pet fee of $250.
-Please note that while pets are not permitted during guest stays, the home is not pet-free year-round.
-Like many Cape Cod basements, the ground level bedroom experiences higher humidity levels during the summer months. It is equipped with a powerful dehumidifier to reduce the moisture
-There is an outdoor shower that is currently in need of repair. We are adding an enclosure for privacy as well. The repair will bedone in the spring to be ready for summer use.
