Our host was lovely, kind, and pleasant, she was such a joy with whom to communicate....the home was beautiful with everything one would need to stay very comfortably....if I could have I would have stayed longer the weather was brisk but brilliant...if I ever stay in the area again I am definitely staying here....by far the best VRBO experience I have had yet!

Great place to stay! Comfortably sleeps 4. Check in was super easy. Parking is a bit tough with a big car (we had a van). Train to NYC is a 10 min walk. It’s about an hour into the city - door to midtown. We met the owner and she was very nice and accommodating. Had a super cute dog that greeted us a couple of times on her way out of the house for a walk :)

Everything you need in one great package. Thank you isnt enought to say about this wonderful ABB. Comfort, roomy, very clean, hostess exceptional! I would recommend you try this gem if you ever in the NJ area. A little bit of home is how we felt staying here. I definitely will be back again. Perfect area, close to Journal Square and the Path. Exceptional stay. Thank you again for the warm welcome we felt walking through the door.

Lovely apartment, great location

We booked this property for the convenience of being walking distance from the NJ PATH train ( Journal Square Station) which takes us to Manhattan in about 20 minutes. The apartment was excellent: clean, well stocked, modern bathroom, comfy bed and even comfy sofabed which my daughter slept on. Our host was lovely, easily communicated with her and had absolutely the best stay. I would stay again if available the next time we travel back to the area. Quiet neighborhood and 7Eleven right on the corner.

Sumit’s place is just what we needed. It was a trip with my sons and we needed a place with parking and a place that we can do our laundry. Her apartment was just 15 minutes away from Manhattan which was a plus for us. Her place was clean and had upgraded amenities. Sumit and her brother Ryan were quick to respond for any questions that we had. Will recommend this place if you’re planning a trip to NYC.

A Perfect Home Base for Exploring NYC This property truly exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at ease. The location is ideal-safe, quiet and just a 10 minute walk to the Path train, which made accessing NYC incredibly easy at all hours. Inside, the home was beautifully maintained and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable week long stay. We especially appreciated the little touches: snacks on the counter, coffee/tea, toiletries, and a kitchen so well equipped you could easily prepare a gourmet meal. The bedroom offered ample storage and a super comfortable bed, and the pullout sofa in the living area was a great bonus. Security was top notch, and our host was absolutely amazing- kind, responsive and always ready to help with anything needed. Her guidance and her property made our first non- hotel NYC stay both smooth and enjoyable. Jersey City was a delight to explore, with grocery stores and markets nearby and a welcoming neighborhood vibe. This property felt like a home away from home and was the perfect launchpad for seeing all the sights in NYC. We highly recommend this gem to anyone visiting the area. It’s a great find and an exceptional value-we’ll definitely be back!
