The Space:
This is a gorgeous one bedroom, one bathroom spacious condo that you are going to love. This condo is on the second floor and there is an elevator. Landing Lookout has beautiful new furniture and all new everything, this condo stands out as one of the best values in Branson. You will enjoy a delicious cup of coffee while relaxing on comfy furniture & listening to music on your streaming smart tv. The bedroom has a brand new king sized comfy bed and all new linens. Brand new stunning outdoor pool, kids play area, gazebo and firepit is all included in your stay. You and your family will have full access to a complete gym and indoor pool for your entire stay.

To accommodate additional sleeping needs, the living-room sofa folds into a full-size bed.

Pack and Play and High Chair are available upon request, you MUST request at time of reservation. First come first served

Once you’re settled in, head back to living room and relax on nice new furniture. Enjoy your favorite movies, shows, and sports on the large streaming tv, accessing popular streaming channels using your own log-ins or play host-provided games.

You will enjoy a Brand new stunning outdoor pool, kids play area, gazebo and firepit is all included in your stay. You and your family will have full access to a complete gym and indoor pool for your entire stay. Want some nature time? Do some fishing right off the brand new dock or use the boat launch to take your boat our to Lake Taneycomo.

At mealtime, prep and cook in the fully equipped kitchen with all the standard major appliances – refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, and dishwasher. You’ll find plenty of prep space on the countertops, along with all the cookware, bakeware, dishware, flatware, glassware, serving-ware, and utensils you need to prepare and serve your favorite meals.

There are aqua Zumba classes and aqua aerobics for an hour in the morning and an hour in the evening. You are welcome to join the classes at no additional fee but the pool is not available for open swim during those times.
