Summary:
**The Studio @ Shiloh sits on a park-like estate. Originally a garage, The Studio has been NEWLY REMODELED. Enjoy beautiful views with rolling hills, ponds, and lush green landscaping. Come stay and refresh your soul in our peaceful studio apartment or GO and have fun! Convenient to breweries, wineries, C&O Canal for biking or hiking, and antique shopping at the popular Lucketts Store. 11 miles south to historic downtown Leesburg, Virginia or 15 miles north to historic Frederick, Maryland.**

The Space:
Open space concept with slate and wood floors. Bedroom has it's own dresser, lamps, closet and spare pillows. Ambiance is shown through unique colors and decorations in each room. Smart TV in the living room.

Guest Access:
The parking lot is a shared space with tenants living next door. There is a dog park adjacent to the building and a pond directly in front facing the patio.

The Neighborhood:
Private 40-acre family estate right off route 15.
Situated next to a pond and mountain views.

Getting Around:
Personal vehicle, Bicycle, Lyft, Uber, Limo, etc.

Other Things to Note:
The building is also home to tenants who you may see in passing while in the parking area. The tenants have a separate unit with their own entrance.

We had a terrific stay and would come back here anytime. Host was very communicative and the rooms were spotless. Very nicely decorated and done beautifully also. The grounds this place is on are beautiful too. Nice covered patio to sit out on was great. Overall 5 Stars for sure.

Great location, very pastoral setting. Close to places you will want to see ( Leesburg, Waterford, Purcellville,Lucketts) but in a " rural" setting. Accommodations were very nice with all necessities provided. Our 8 month old Cavapoo felt right at home! Would absolutly stay here on our next trip up to the area!

The studio was fully equipped. It’s not a standalone cottage (even though the listing makes it look like one) — it’s actually attached to two other homes, and you can hear noises at night. The park is right next to a busy main road, and the traffic is loud day and night. The owner never showed up in person and only contacted us via chat — and that was just to ask us to take down two pairs of jeans we had hanging outside to dry (there was no space or drying rack inside). Any questions we asked through the chat — like where to throw out our trash or if there were any fun things to do nearby — were ignored. The night before we left, we got another message asking us to strip the bed, do the dishes, and run the washing machine. So apparently the owner keeps an eye on things from a distance, but only communicates through a chat box. The studio is a bit far from a supermarket, but there are two nice little restaurants close by. The dog field is right next to the porch, but it didn’t cause any disturbance at all. The surroundings are absolutely beautiful!

Great location, super clean

Our stay at Shiloh Studio was amazing. It was super convenient to family in Brunswick, MD. It was super clean and cozy. Chris was amazing to work with and very friendly and accommodating; Becky was quick with responses to our questions. We enjoyed sitting on the patio and just looking at the beautiful scenery. The bed was super comfortable and shower was super hot. We would definitely stay here again!
