• The pool house is closed and is not accessible to guests.

Step inside through the grand entrance, where you’re immediately welcomed into a bright and inviting foyer. To your right, an elegant dining room awaits—perfect for hosting memorable meals and intimate gatherings.

As you continue through the home, you’ll find the open-concept chef’s kitchen, beautifully designed to be both functional and stylish. Sleek countertops, high-end appliances, and ample seating create a space where conversation and cooking flow effortlessly. The fully stocked kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a refrigerator, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and crockpot, along with all necessary cookware and bakeware. A built-in mini fridge in the second dining room adds extra convenience. Past the kitchen, the home unfolds into the main living area, where plush seating, a large TV, and a cozy sitting room create the perfect ambiance for unwinding after a day of exploring the Bourbon Trail.

The Master Suite is a private retreat with a king bed, day bed, additional twin bed, a pack ‘n play, a flat-screen TV, a walk-in closet, and a private laundry room. The en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower and double sinks. The Kentucky Derby Room is a classic and elegant space with a king bed, luxurious bedding, and a flat-screen TV, conveniently located near the hall bath. The Bluegrass Room offers a warm and inviting setting with a queen bed, a flat-screen TV, and easy access to the hall bath. The Bourbon Room is a sophisticated sanctuary featuring a king bed, private en-suite bathroom with a handicapped-accessible soaking tub, laundry room, and flat-screen TV. Tucked just off the sitting room, the hidden speakeasy offers not only a unique and intimate space to unwind, but also doubles as an additional bedroom thanks to its comfortable futon—ideal for extra guests or a cozy night in.

For guests needing to work remotely or stay connected, the estate includes a dedicated office space with a laptop and printer, high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the home, and multiple TVs in all bedrooms and common areas to ensure everyone has their own entertainment space.
