The unit accommodates 4 guests comfortably, furnished with King bed in the bedroom and new Queen-sized sleeper sofa and Murphy bed in the common area. The enormous Master bedroom offers complete relaxation, with the new King-size bed and large private bathroom with Jacuzzi tub. The Home also features deluxe upgrades including new A/C 2018, new furniture 2025, 2 Smart TV's 2024, a fully-stocked galley kitchen, and an in-unit washer/dryer!

Come relax & enjoy your morning coffee while watching the stunning sunrise or an evening cocktail watching the amazing sunset over the beautiful Atlantic Ocean from the private, covered balcony!!!

Avista has so many great amenities, including a fitness center, a rooftop landscaped skydeck, a covered all-weather pool, outdoor pool, a fun kids' pool, multiple jacuzzi spas, lazy river ride, poolside café, on-site lounge & restaurant and more.

*All linens are provided* as well as having an in-unit Washer and Dryer

We do have a minimum age requirement of 25 years of age to rent our 2nd Home.

After your meal The House of Blues or Alabama Theater offer top rate entertainment for the evening.
If you want to venture past walking distance from the resort you can experience all the amusement parks, golf courses, restaurants, and attractions that Myrtle Beach is known for at Broadway at the Beach, the Boardwalk and Market Commons.
