(Whole house sleeps 8) 3 Miles to Cooperstown All Star Village! 23 miles to the Baseball Hall of Fame located on Main Street Cooperstown, NY! Walking distance to Main Street Shopping and Eateries in Oneonta, NY.



The Space:

Permit #16-0383

This stylish apartment is in great condition and offers beautiful refinished hard wood flooring, over-sized rooms and a back deck w/ a grill. "1ST BASE APT 2" is a second level (fully air- conditioned) 2 bedroom apartment with a kitchen, dining area, living room with a 50" Flat Screen TV and one full bath. Both bedrooms include a king bed each with a 50" flat screen TV’s as well. For families / friends that wish to group together, “1ST BASE APT 1” is on the first floor and sleeps 4 as well.



Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check-in will receive 95% refund (5% credit card processing fee applies). Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued within 14 days of the check-in date.

This rental is available only for Cooperstown All Star Village weeks.

We do not accept bookings for Cooperstown Dreams Park weeks, as their check-in/check-out days do not align.

Check-in and check-out are limited to the specific Cooperstown All Star Village dates listed below.

No early arrivals or extended stays are permitted, as the next group arrives the same day guests depart.

Each apartment has separate keys. Washer/Dryer is in the basement for laundry. This driveway is shared with 1st Base Apt 1 and the house next door with plenty of parking for multiple cars. We also offer over flow parking across the street at our office building.

Lots to do in the area. Your welcome guide is on the entertainment stand and emailed before arrival.



Wilbur Park pool, just 4-5 minutes walk away, $3 per person at entrance - 1 Wilber Park Drive, Oneonta, NY 13820



Staying right on Main Street and a short walk away from the restaurants and nightlife, gives FIRST BASE an advantage over many different vacation rentals. You will have the access yet far enough away from the "downtown noise".

This was a nice apartment for a one week stay. Plenty of space and amenities supplied. AC units in every room, very clean and comfortable. Beds and pillows very soft as were the towels. Kitchen had plenty of supplies. You can tell property is maintained and furniture is newer. Area is a bit drab but very close to downtown area with lots of shops and restaurants. There was a nice park down the block good for kids and pets. Check in and gaining access was very simply.

Awesome for Cooperstown All Star Village

This was such a perfect location to the All Star Village. We were 7 minutes from CASV and the town is so nice and friendly

Baseball Getaway

A family stay

Location safe, walking distance to main street stores, minutes drive to access south state highway 88, Cooperstown All Star Village, and other area attractions. Our rental was a home away from home. A place where our dog was welcomed. Property management nearby to take care of anything we needed and yet we were provided privacy.

Baseball week rental

Good place to stay during a week of All Star Village baseball! Apartment was not as clean as we might have expected upon arrival (kitchen counters were crusty, dog hair on the floors) but it was comfortable and well appointed for the most part. Location was convenient and the property managers were very easy to get in touch with. Double washer/dryer was also great!

My experience

The apartment was so cleaning and comfy. I felt like I was home very relaxed. It was 5 mins from my son who was playing at Allstar village. Everything from food to gas was available with a short drive. I would definitely recommend this apartment

Awesome accommodations, very comfortable!

This is a very comfortable apartment with great amenities. We were able to prepare homemade meals at the all equipped kitchen. Everything is so brand new and comfortable. Very cleans and most importantly it was close to Dream Park. I highly recommend it to any family with children to stay at this property. My son brought his XBox and was able to connect and had a great time playing. We also took advantage of the grill outside and did laundry on premises. Is was indeed home away from home. Thanks so much for offering this great property.

Nice and Quiet, recommend for baseball families

We stayed here during our son's baseball tournament in All Star Village - Cooperstown which was about a 10 min drive. It was comfortable and quiet. The homes in this neighborhood are historic so don't expect it to smell like a new home. However, they have lysol, cleaning sprays, etc under the sinks that can be used during your stay. The owners gave us a sweet note welcoming us with complimentary pancake mix and syrup. There's a waffle maker there so we had waffles for a couple of the mornings. Place called Nick's Diner down the road that was great to eat at as well. Overall, this was a great stay during our baseball tournament. Although, there isn't much to do in Oneonta, we walked around the downtown area and shopped at a bookstore called "Green Toad." The only downside to this place: parking is a bit limited if there is someone staying in the vrbo home downstairs, but we were able to park across the street so we didn't have to walk far or anything. Don't park on the neighbor's side not even to load/unload your car, the woman who lives there will come out and excessively bang on both vrbo doors and yell until someone moves their car.

Just what we needed

A friend and I stayed while our boys played at CASV. The top 2 things about our stay were the cleanliness of the apartment and the communication with the lister. The location was great. Super close to CASV and all the places to eat on Main St. Highly recommend Sal’s for pizza and Latte Lounge for breakfast/coffee. There are two minor inconveniences I will point out 1. to use the laundry you have go outside to get to the basement. It was nice that they have 2 sets since the house has 2 rental units and they have baskets for you to use. 2. The driveway is a shared driveway. It is a double driveway. One side is for the house next door and one side for this house. My friend and I each had a car then there was a third car for the people in the main unit. We exchanged numbers and made sure to check in regarding who had late or early games. The other family was SUPER nice so it wasn’t an issue for us though. *obviously these are just the way it is with this house so as long as you know it and don’t mind it’s not an issue hence why I still have it 5 stars

Property was perfect for what I needed and a great location. I did not know Oneonta or the surrounding area and found it to be a pleasant college town atmosphere with such nice people. Property not fancy or "polished" but very comfortable and clean and the customer service of this renter is top notch!!! :-)

Great place to stay!

We really enjoyed this quaint little apartment. Would definitely recommend this to anyone traveling to the Cooperstown area!

Very clean! Mattress was comfortable in both rooms. Host was helpful. Had everything we needed.

Our son played baseball at all-star village. The house was less than 10 min drive. I would recommend staying at this location.

Great location to the All Star Village where my son was playing baseball.

Very roomy and comfortable. I travel often with my kids and always prefer to stay in a home or apartment rather than a hotel. The owner and staff were very professional and responsive to my questions. I would recommend staying here especially those whose son is participating at the All Star Village Cooperstown Baseball tournament for a week. It was great to go "home" to a roomy place that I could cook my own meals and relax. Many of the parents on my sons team I think were a bit "jealous" as they were at a regular hotel.
