This home is in a quiet, residential neighborhood. We ask that you please respect our neighbors by observing the quiet hours between 10pm-8am. We stress the importance of keeping our neighborhood quiet & safe for all our guests & neighbors. We do not authorize any parties or events at this listing. This home & all its amenities are either inside of the home itself, or in a private, fully fenced backyard. Under NO circumstances will our guests be authorized to trespass on any of our neighbors’ properties.

The home is equipped with Ring cameras (outside only) for your peace of mind and security during your stay.

Other things to note
Your booking/request constitutes your understanding and agreement of all house rules & policies listed. The home will be made up for your arrival with linens, blankets, pillows, and fresh shower towels for the cabin's occupancy and listed bedding. Your kitchen will be equipped with general appliances, cookware, and utensils but will not be equipped with specialty appliances or condiments such as rice cookers, crock pots, tin foils, oils, etc.

No over occupancy or street parking allowed (approximately 4-5 vehicles fit in the driveway).
No noise violations.
No indoor smoking/vaping, marijuana/drugs, parties, or events of any kind.
$250 per day fine imposed for pets.

Guests are strictly limited to 14 in total (including children and infants). This is the County's rule that I am forced to follow. If more than 14 guests are found to be staying at the property, there will be up to a $200 charge per night per guest added.

Pool heating fee is: $100 per stay, to be paid through the Resolution Center.
