Gemme du centre-ville près du front de mer et du centre des congrès

Cet établissement historique a été construit en 1844. Il est de cinq (5) briques d'épaisseur! Son toit a été rasé par le feu de 1869, mais le reste du bâtiment est resté intact. L'un de nos Pères de la Confédération sont restés dans cet établissement lors de la célèbre conférence. Aujourd'hui, l'extérieur de ce joyau historique reste compatible avec sa construction originale. Cependant, les suites ont été complètement rénovées pour inclure six (6) appareils (dont une cuisinière, un réfrigérateur, un four à micro-ondes, un lave-vaisselle, une laveuse et une sécheuse) et une cuisine entièrement équipée. La salle de bain a une douche indépendante et une baignoire à pattes. La grande chambre a un nouveau lit confortable et spacieux et des placards spacieux avec des cintres en bois. La suite dispose de parquet et de plafonds de dix (10) pieds. Nous offrons également un parking hors rue dans notre établissement avec Internet et le câble. Nos précédents clients ont aimé le fait cette suite est de cinq (5) minutes à pied de divertissement, restaurants, cafés, pubs, boutiques et front de mer promenade. Les clients se garent souvent leurs voitures pour toute leurs vacances Charlottetown et à pied partout. Cette suite est également un endroit idéal pour se reposer après des excursions vers d'autres parties de l'île. Les clients ont décrit la suite comme une maison loin de la maison.

Location, location, location! In the heart of Charlottetown, a short walk to the Quay, the Victoria Park boardwalk, and many restaurants and shops. Laurie, the host, was a great communicator, check-in was easy, and nice to have our own parking spot off the road.

We loved it! Host was great, kitchen was VERY well equipped, it was SUPER clean, and close to everything! We were very happy and comfortable. Only suggestion is to get a waterproof mattress protector that isn’t plastic. Doesn’t make for a great night’s sleep.

Location was excellent. Far enough away from the noise of downtown, but an easy 3-5 minute walk to Queen Street for shops and restaurants, and also close to the water.The bedframe/box frame was very noisy and the upstairs neighbour could sometimes be heard so might not work for light sleepers. Exterior door in the bedroom had a window with no covering, so we had to get creative to block out the street lights. Most of the dishes in the kitchen were dirty so they needed to be cleaned before using them.The host was great to communicate with. Gave great instructions on finding the house and the parking spot. Checking in was smooth and easy.All in all, we had a great stay here and we would recommend this to others if the above items are not a concern.

Amy and I had a lovely stay here during our first visit to Charlottetown. The unit was very spacious, clean, tidy, and well maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.We especially enjoyed having the extra space and the kitchen, which made it easy to settle in and feel at home during our trip. The location was absolutely perfect; right in the heart of the historic downtown and literally a stone's throw from the many restaurants, shops, and attractions.Laurie was a fantastic host, and we really appreciated her warmth, friendliness, and excellent communication throughout our stay :-)

We had a wonderful stay for 5 nights in this beautiful, historic apartment. Communication with the owner, Laurie, was excellent. The apartment was spotless, spacious and had everything we needed. The owner even had an umbrella waiting for us at the door, on the one rainy day we had. The apartment is in a perfect location, look down the street and you can see the marina, and one block behind the apartment is Queen Street, where you can eat, drink and listen to live music. You can easily walk most everywhere, you are in the heart of the town, however the apartment is very quiet, and we felt very safe as seniors. We loved our stay at this vrbo, and Charlottetown was awesome! Thank you for having us as your guests!

We loved this room. It was well appointed with a well equipped kitchen. The location is perfect. Many of Charlottetown's best restaurants are within walking distance. There is off street parking.

We stayed in the property for three nights in late August and it exceeded our expectations. It is a perfect spot for a couple and has all the amenities you need. It is in old town Charlottetown and is in easy walking distance to multiple restaurants on Queen Street the harbor. Although it is less than a block from the Queen Street you feel like you are in a quiet neighborhood. For us it was a perfect location to explore the many other areas, beaches and sights on PEI.

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The accommodations were exactly as shown and as described. The unit is located perfectly, close to the harbor, restaurants and parks, all within walking distance. The apartment was clean and comfortable with a very well stocked kitchen. Amazingly convenient location in downtown. Laurie was communicated everything we needed to know very clearly, had amazingly detailed restaurant recommendations, and a locely disposition. We will definitely stay here again!

This is a really nice apartment in a fantastic location. It is within a few blocks of the downtown core and just a block or two from lots of restaurants, pubs, local retailers and the Harbour Waterfront. The most surprising thing, to me, was how quiet it is at night. So near all the action but that block of separation keeps the noise away, so easy to get a restful night's sleep. The Manager was super helful and easy to reach. Highly recommended.

Wonderful place!

This place was beyond our expectations in terms of location, living space, comfort and cost. It was spacious and user-friendly. The hosts were very pleasant, helpful and accommodating; if there was ever an issue or a need, they responded quickly and efficiently. We loved being downtown and in walking distance of the waterfront and the whole downtown area. We would easily stay here again if the opportunity arose. Many thanks to our hosts Laurie and Alan!
