The house was perfect for our group with lots of space. The dining area and table were very spacious for a big group with lots of sitting room. They just replaced the AC and it worked very well. I would stay here again hands down.

This home was amazing!! It had room for all of us and each family ( a single member) had their own space and bathroom. The host was so kind and responsive.it was a perfect location and we had a blast!! The only SMALL issue was no garage parking. But...that was not a problem!!Highly recommend!!!

Air conditioning isn’t sufficient for so many rooms and levels. It was hot, stuffy and uncomfortable without circulation. More fans could help. Dishwasher had smelly standing water in it. Garbages were full to overflowing. Previous tenants didn’t take it out to the street. Shades and blinds were so dusty and some need replaced. It fit our family of 30 and food prep areas were adequate. We loved the Nibley/Hyrum/Logan area! Cache Valley is beautiful! Host was very responsive to our WiFi and AC questions.

We’ve since replaced the unit. We’ve also addressed the dusty blinds, and are now sending guests reminders to take the garbage if it falls on their stay. Our handyman did check out the dishwasher and it’s good to go. Thank you again for your helpful feedback!

Needs a deep clean and some professional cleaners! It is a good sized space for a large group but itbis unfortunate that it is not better taken care of amd cleaner. Recycling bin was full when we got there and the garbage half full. The book needs updating! Garbage day is not Tuesday!

We also schedule regular deep cleanings of the home to help ensure it remains in the condition our guests expect and deserve. Regarding the garbage schedule, you are correct that the information in our guest book was not accurate during your stay. Due to the upcoming Memorial Day holiday, the collection schedule had temporarily changed, and the wording in our guest information created confusion. We have since updated the instructions to make them clearer for future guests. We appreciate you taking the time to share your comments.
