We stayed in this beautiful spacious home for girl's weekend. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful sunset views. We had 9 people in our group ages 8-75 and there was plenty of room for us to spread out and enjoy our space as well as enough space for hanging out as a group. Kitchen is stocked well and made cooking meals for a group our size easy. Our host was great with communication and check in was a breeze. We would definitely stay at this property again!

We stayed in the Utah Retreat for 3 nights. 7 of us very comfortably I might add!! Nice home and lovely neighborhood! The rooms were spacious and beds were very comfortable, Kitchen was spacious and well equipped for our few meals that we ate there. If we were to spend more time at the house we would have loved some yard games cuz the yard is beautiful and has the possibility of hosting some good times out there. It was fine for this trip as we were barely there. Overall nice house beautiful upstairs wish we were there more to really appreciate it. I was a little concerned about the communication with the host a few days before arrival tho he got back to me with the check in info. I was just getting nervous it was just over 48 hours before leaving and I didn’t have the info but then I requested it and he got back to me. Otherwise we would definitely stay again no question!!!!

This apartment is conveniently located, cute and simply decorated. It has huge gorgeous aerial photographs of Utah‘s gorgeous wilderness/scenic vistas. Although it is next to a corner gas station, we only remembered that when seeing it during our morning departures or in the evenings upon our return. We had everything we needed and really enjoyed our time there. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was nicely appointed with toiletries for showering. We were grateful it had a dishwasher, washer, and dryer which definitely made our time there much more comfortable. Jessica was communicative, as well as responsive to our communications throughout the “pre-arrival“ and “during our stay” time periods at the unit. She was accommodating and quick to attend to a minimal issue we encountered during our visit. We truly had a lovely stay!

Because most people have accounts already set up for entertainment, we decided to use smart TVs with different apps, giving our guest the ability to use their accounts.We will definitely add an extra blanket to the master bedroom on the main floor. We do provide several throws that are located on the second level, and they typically move around according to needs or wants. Thank you again for your feedback".
