Latoya was an amazing host! She was so accommodating and basically bent over backwards to ensure we had a good stay. I will go out of my way to visit Latoya again when we come back!

Amazing Host and Location!

We stayed here with a group of 8. The location was clean and exactly as it was on line. Perfect for our group! I was a bit worried going in with the safety of the neighborhood but this was an amazing neighborhood and super safe! It was ideal for our group and the bedroom/living room set up was great for our gang of 8! Oh, and the host was AMAZING at communication and checked in with us several times to see if we were arriving late so she could have a light on etc.

I’ll have to figure out what route the GPS is routing because all of the highways have a direct shot the neighborhood. Thanks again and it was a pleasure hosting you. Fabulous

The neighborhood was quiet and clean. The house was spacious and comfy. Latoya (host/property manager) is absolutely a very kind soul, she made our stay joyful with her act of kindness. I would recommend 100% this property. Close to dining and stores. Easy access to I-20 as well. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!! Thanks again Latoya!

Exceeds Expectation

The home was beautiful inside. It was well kept and clean. The Decor was lovely...very welcoming. I slept so very well with the plush pillows and bedding. Anything that you can think of that was needed was there including extra. We enjoyed the Waters and snacks left for us. The neighborhood was pretty, well kept, and quiet. I felt safe. And the host Latoya was very welcoming. I would definitely recommend the place.
The living area was comfy and spacious. There was a sofa bed we didn't use but could have to accommodate an additional three guests beyond our original six

Amazing

We came into town for a funeral of a beloved family member. It was simply an amazing experience. The show of hospitality was top tier. The expression of condolence and offer yo provide more services including feeding our family…it literally brought us all to tears. Not to mention the cleanliness and all the comforts of home. Everyone in my family knows of my OCD, and was concerned, but no need..and the comfort, the bedding..I could go on and on, however, I do believe my point has been made, lolWe will return and all agree this is where we will be. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you, Thank you..

Awesome House

First Latoya is an amazing host. She was available to answer any question we had. She knew we were in Shreveport for a funeral. She had a lovely sympathy card waiting for us. The kitchen was well stocked. She even had a snack bar.?And Coffee!!!! The house was exactly as pictured. Cozy! Quiet neighborhood. House can hold 6-8 people depending on family sizes that join you. There is a lovely Donut and Coffee place taking a right out of the community and then left at the first light. I would return again and again. Did I say how wonderful Latoya is as a host!!!
