Kitchen & Dining - You'll enjoy meal prep in this spacious kitchen with ocean views! An extra large refrigerator with ice maker, five station induction range, double oven / microwave combo, coffee maker, blender, dish washer and a well stocked kitchen will enable you to prepare simple or gourment meals while enjoying the evening sunsets. Two indoor and one outdoor dining option will easily accomodate guests.

Outside Patios - The lower floor patio consists of a comfortable sofa, love seat, and four cushioned chairs for relaxing or socializing with guests. A six chair dining table allows meals to be served inside the screened patio as well. The upper patio contains a cushioned chaise lounge, pedestal chair swing, three cushioned patio chairs and end tables.

Outside - Unit 9 has the largest outdoor area that allows guests to play yard games of their choice such as cornhole or others.

Beach - The beach area is a mix of sand and coral rock. We highly recommend using beach shoes to walk and explore the beach area while looking for shells and sea artifacts.

The reef extends over 400 yds in water that ranges in depths from four to twelve feet. Teeming with abundant sealife the photo opportunities you'll encounter will amaze you. Lobsters, Queen Conchs, stingrays, angel fish, and other fish species await you.

Tourist Attractions - Enjoy seclusion and serenity at Rum Point beach and restaurant and be sure to go to Starfish beach, just minutes away. Located in Savannah is Spotts Beach where sea turtles glide through the sea grasses to entertain you. The Crystal Caves are five minutes away with the National Botanical Gardens five minutes away as well.
