The house was great, the location was amazing, super close to everything. We did have an issue with the Wifi but the host was very responsive and got it taken care of. We would absolutely stay here again!!

We always aim to focus on resolving issues promptly and ensuring our guests are as comfortable as possible. If any issue arises, our priority is to address it as quickly as we can, and in your case, we arranged assistance within 24 hours and worked to resolve everything during your stay. We understand how disruptive the downstairs AC issue must have been, especially given the weather, and we appreciate your patience while it was being fixed. Similarly, for the upstairs bathroom, we coordinated a plumber as soon as we were notified and made every effort to complete the repair at the earliest available time. We’re glad to share that both issues have now been fully resolved, and there are no ongoing concerns at this time. That said, we recognize that the experience could have been smoother, and we take full responsibility for improving both our response time and communication. Your feedback is very important to us, and it helps us continue to refine our processes. Thank you again for your understanding.

The house was a great location for activities near Georgia Tech and downtown Atlanta. The rooms were clean and the house had plenty of towels and pillows. Laundry and Dishwasher pods were provided. The bathrooms were stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Communication was mixed. I had a question before the trip and the person that responded was helpful. I realized the night before our check-in I hadn't received any check-in instructions. I sent a message via Vrbo to ask for instructions, I received multiple notices that an email would be coming. After a span of 15-20 minutes without an email I called Vrbo and they were able to put me in contact with someone associated with the management company. I received the check-in instructions via the Vrbo chat during that call. There wasn't any communication from the host during the stay. The instructions for using the electronic lock didn't seem to match. The instructions also mentioned a key box, but the location was different than in the instructions. There weren't any specific check-out instructions provided - so we took the trash out and emptied the refrigerator.

We had a very enjoyable stay. The house had all the amenities that we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and the communication with the host was above average.
