The Overlook sits right on the hottest street in Saugatuck! Stroll to morning yoga at Satya, take a walk to Uncommon Coffee for a pastry and pick me up, hit the boutiques for some fab clothing and art, take the chain ferry across the river to hike Mt. Baldhead, have a picnic at the park on the water, all within a 5 minute walk of the house!

This stunning home features three spacious bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed to ensure comfort and relaxation. In addition, there's a cozy pullout sofa in the living area, allowing for extra guests to enjoy their stay. The condo includes three full bathrooms, each stocked with luxury Malin & Goetz bath products, along with a convenient half bath on the main floor for guests' ease.

As with all Art Coast Properties homes, the kitchen is fully equipped to cater to all your culinary needs. You'll find locally roasted coffee, an assortment of fine teas, a selection of spices, and all the essential utensils required to whip up your favorite meals or try new recipes. After a day of exploration, you'll relish the chance to unwind and recharge in this lovely, thoughtfully designed space that truly feels like home.

Don't feel like driving? No problem there! The Saugatuck Township Interurban Transit Authority offers pick-ups and drop-offs for only $1 each way to anywhere in Saugatuck Township. Simply call in the moment or ahead and reserve a time and pick-up/drop-off location and your chariot awaits!
