{OUR SPACE}

Welcome to our Lilo & Stitch-themed 5-bedroom villa, just minutes from Disney! Our Orlando home is designed to be your home away from home, with family-friendly amenities and a cozy atmosphere.

•Living Room: Cozy couches, a 65” 4K HDTV with streaming options, arcade games, a ping-pong table, and a selfie wall for capturing fun moments.

•Kitchen & Dining: Fully equipped with modern appliances, a kitchen island with seating for 4, and a dining area that seats 6. The perfect space for cooking and enjoying meals together!

•Bedrooms: 5 comfortable bedrooms, each with a ceiling fan for added comfort. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, and two of the other rooms offer queen-sized beds.

•Bathrooms: 3 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom. Includes features like dual vanities, separate bathtubs, and walk-in showers.

•Outdoor Oasis: Enjoy our heated pool and spa, which are available year-round! The pool area features a serene water view. Inflatables, swim vests, puddle jumpers, goggles and loungers are provided . The covered patio also has a BBQ grill to use for free and dining area for outdoor meals with a view.

{KEY HOUSE RULES — Lilo & Stitch Ohana Edition}

To help protect our guests, the property, and our awesome community, please follow these important guidelines:

1. No Parties or Extra Visitors — Ohana Only
This home is for registered guests only. Maximum occupancy is 12 guests.
No parties, events, or unapproved visitors.
Violations = immediate cancellation without refund.

2. No Pets/Animals — Our Home is Allergy-Safe
We love furry friends, but this home is animal-free to keep it allergy-safe for all guests.
Violation fee: $300.

3. No Smoking, Vaping Inside, Illegal drugs
Please keep the home fresh for the next Ohana.
Please smoke 10–15 feet outside with doors & windows closed.
Violation fee: $500.

4. Do Not Tamper With Cameras, Wi-Fi, or Smart Devices
Our exterior cameras, smart lock, Wi-Fi, and garage equipment must stay on and untouched.
Tampering = cancellation without refund.

5. Pool & Spa Safety — Use at Your Own Risk
Always supervise keiki (children) in and around the pool.
No diving, no glass in or around the pool, and no rough play.
Guests are responsible for following all posted safety rules.

6. Respect Check-In & Check-Out Times

•Check-in: 4:00 PM

•Check-out: 10:00 AM
Unauthorized late checkout = $50 per 30 minutes (Stitch gets cranky when cleaners can’t start on time).

7. Booking Guest Requirements
The booking guest must:

•Be ID-verified

•Have positive reviews

•Stay for the entire reservation (no third-party bookings).

8. Care for Our Home Like It’s Your Ohana
Treat the home with kindness and leave it in the same condition you found it.
Excessive mess or damage may result in additional cleaning charges.

9. AC Use & Home Comfort
Florida is hot — please keep the AC at 72°F or above to prevent system freezing.
Tip: Keep doors and windows closed for the best performance.

{ADDITONAL IMPORTANT INFORMATION}

•Security Cameras: Exterior cameras are in place for safety and monitoring guest count. Do not tamper with cameras or Wi-Fi — doing so will result in immediate cancellation without refund.

•Starter Supplies: We provide a starter supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, coffee).

•For your convenience, we have a welcome book located in the living room. It has all the important info as well as attractions in the area.

•Trash & Recycling: Recycling is picked up on Wednesdays and trash is picked up on Thursdays. Bin are located on the right side of the house behind the hibiscus bush.

•Liability Disclaimer: We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur on the premises.

•Travel Insurance: Highly recommended, especially during hurricane season (June–November).
