Rich in history, this 1924 Spanish Villa has been restored to vintage perfection. Situated on Princess Anne Golf Course with sprawling views. Huge living room, one large bedroom, two outdoor patio areas. Three blocks to the boardwalk, 5 min walk and a 3 min bike ride to the beach. Beach towels included! No kitchen but does include mini fridge, microwave, coffee pot with coffee/filter, & Culligan hot/cold filtered water. Murphy queen bed in bedroom & Queen highend sleeper couch in living room!

Lovely villa!

My husband and I just enjoyed a few days at this charming villa. It was perfect for us, quiet and comfortable with everything we needed. The location can’t be beat. We would definitely stay here again.

This apartment was the perfect size for a couple and the terrace overlooking the golf course was great for lunch and late dinners. We appreciated having the bikes to use as it was very close to the beach and easier to get around. Good location, just off the main boardwalk but close enough to grocery store and shops.

The location of this property is perfect. A quick walk to the beach. The boardwalk can be enjoyed by foot, bike or trolley. Enjoy morning coffee out on either the front or back decks. The owner was attentive and helpful. The decor was stunning. The one bathroom was very small, but doable for a short stay.

Va Beach Weekend

The villa was perfect for our Va Beach weekend. Love the tucked away, scenic location. We were able to squeeze a beach walk, boat trip, and a bunch of good food into our short time here. We’ll definitely recommend to friends and family visiting the area!

Lovely siblings reunion in perfect location

Communucation with the owner before we got there was great, timely, and helpful! It was a short walk to the beach and restaurants. We were there for three nights and it was clean and very comfortable. Three of us stayed there and it was a spacious two rooms that had plenty of space for sleeping andhanging out a

Simply charming

Such a quaint, charming villa in a great location - a quiet residential area away from the beach crowds. Surrounding trees and plants made it especially pleasing. A quick walk (cutting through the local church) to the boardwalk was easily done. The villa had all the comforts of home. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Virginia Beach.

This property is absolutely adorable! Very clean and perfect for our trip. My husband and I slept on the sofa bed, which was great! That bed was like no other sleeper sofa I've ever seen. There was no bar or uncomfortable springs to deal with. It' s perfectly placed close enough to the boardwalk to be able to walk to the beach and the fun things, but far enough away to avoid the congestion.

I am writing you regarding our stay at your rental. We are very displeased with our visit dates October 26 to October 30. We felt that the details in the description of your property were falsely advertised. For example: Mold smell upon entering Water damage and leaking from ceiling, blinds and floors. No heat or thermostat to conttol the temperature No washer/dryer No operational fireplace We have videos and photos documenting theses violations.

Perfect little space for us

we needed a quick booking due to last minute travel plans....i really thought with summer being in full swing i wasn't going to find anything. i love green spaces, i do not enjoy looking out at other houses so i was happy to find this next to a golf course! yard and patio space, plus front porch if we wanted to be outside. i was concerned about not having a "kitchen" but really you have everything you need, the water cooler was a perfect solution! the personality and charm of the space was so lovely i appreciate antiques and wood floors so it felt like home to me! the bed was comfy and i loved the big couch....the bathroom was darling! the host pays such fabulous attention to detail so you know everything you need to. if in the area i will definitely stay again 3

Beautiful surroundings

1924 Spanish Villa is a charming cottage with Old World flair! Lovely unique furnishings, beautiful decor and inviting art contribute to a feeling of luxurious relaxation. Plenty of comfortable seating options are available both inside and out, whether you're relaxing on the covered front porch or enjoying peaceful views of the golf course. My husband, 11 year old granddaughter and I never felt crowded. There was room to play catch and pass the soccer ball on the side and back lawn. Our host made the suite feel welcoming right from the start. The sleep sofa and bed were made, we had plenty of towels as well as cups, glasses, utensils and coffee. We appreciated not having to "set up house" upon our late arrival. The location is convenient to beach, walking/biking trails, and outstanding restaurants. Ease of communication and quick responses were exceptional. We knew we were in good hands!
