Two story home with original hardwoods throughout - fully outfitted kitchen with large island and 2 stool, downstairs master bedroom with king bed and on-suite bath with double headed shower, ceiling fan, smart TV, and slider to outdoor patio.
On same level is a large living room with gas stone fireplace with access to a second outdoor patio. Dining room seats 8. Laundry room downstairs with large screened in porch and skylights facing the golf course! Breezeway with wet bar includes mini-fridge!
