Our 2 Bdrm/2Bath is located on the 6th floor of the Cordoba building with over 1,700 square feet of living space. Beautiful travertine tile throughout with unobstructed views of the beautiful pools and the Sea of Cortez. At night, you can enjoy the twinkling lights of the town of Puerto Penasco.

Our balcony is 1.5X larger than the smaller 2BR units with afternoon shade. The condo is first class all the way, with a fully upgraded kitchen, including all cookware, dishes, glasses, pots/pans, blender, toaster, coffee maker, and all utensils and appliances. Additional details include quartz countertops and TVs in both bedrooms as well as the main room. (75-inch TV) and a brand new king-sized mattress in both the master and guest bedrooms.
