Great place to stay!

We loved the home. Beautiful water ways in back. It was so fun to drive the boat around. Close to shopping and restaurants in Peoria and Glendale. We enjoyed the baseball spring training in the area.

We had a great time, and the house, pool and use of the pontoon was fantastic.

This was a short notice rental and we a so glad we did it. My family and in-laws had a great time.

Great location and amenities!

Loved the location and amenities. Nice pool and backyard. The pontoon boat was fun and the fishing was quite good. Lots of space for everyone with private bedrooms/bathrooms.

Lovely home in a great location. Disappointed the pool temp was 60 degrees and had to go to Walmart to purchase fishing line for the poles. Would definitely stay again.

Christmas stay

Beautiful home and Christmas lights, tree, and decorations made our stay extra special! The home was very clean, beds comfortable, and kitchen was well equipped. We cooked all of our meals and there was a grocery nearby. Great stay! Thanks Bing!

Lake location breathtaking

Great place on the lake. Great backyard. Pool was supposed to be heated, it was not. Some of the decorations were not family friendly such as glass, had to put them up. Could use a declutter and a deep clean. Overall, nice place.

Beautiful Location

Arrowhead Lakes area is lovely. The home was beautiful & had everything we needed. It was clean & comfortable. The patio/pool area was perfect for relaxing & sunning. We had fun taking the pontoon for rides. It was also nice to meet Bing, very accommodating & friendly young woman. Hope we can return in the near future.

Fun in sun

This place is just fine. We had what we needed and the pool was good for cooling off as we are not used to the heat. Beds comfortable to sleep. We enjoyed the boat on the water. Easy to use and clear instructions. We would stay here again.

Excellent place to relax

Overall VERY happy with everything. The pool was extremely clean and warmed up to 80 degrees in February. Yard was clean and comfortable for outside entertaining. Pontoon boat was a blast and we even caught some fish. Kitchen and bedrooms nice and dining area gorgeous. Quiet nice neighborhood with easy access to stores and freeway.

Loved the house and Locatiob

This is a lovely house in a great Location. It is located close to great golf courses and most Spring Training facilities. Also numerous shopping places and good hiking areas. Chris was very responsive to any request and or concerns that I expressed to him. We really enjoyed the Pontoon boat and the cruises around the lake. This house will be high on our list of places to stay if we decide to return to the Phoenix area next spring.

Pool was disgusting and unusable

Pool was disgusting, green and unusable. It took 4 days to get addressed, still unusable. Had to leave vacation 4 days early.

Could/should have been better

Despite reminding the host one week before our arrival to ensure that the pool was heated, it was unheated and obviously cold. I reached out (again) to the host, asking for remedy, and a man showed up in about an hour, turned the pool heater on, stating that it was set at 85 degrees and should warm to that within a couple of hours. We were unable to use the pool over our entire stay, and feel absolutely misled by the sites mention of a "heated" pool. We paid a premium for this rental, in large part due to the scarcity of heated pools in that area. Do we feel cheated? Yes, wouldn't you? We then found a sizable "patch" of (someone elses) hair in our bed, stripped the sheets, replacing them with sheets found in the closet. Were we "creeped out" My wife did some spot cleaning on the floors. Though the hosts had nothing to do with it, the weather was spectacular and the neighborhood was quiet. Overall, a somewhat disappointing rental experience.I might also add that I am 80 years old,but fortunately, in good shape, because the house is on 4 different levels!

Not As Advertised

We have rented through HomeAway for years and have never had an experience like our last stay. When I arrived to check in, there was a car parked in the driveway and two cars in the garage. When I called the owner, he said they were out of town and we would only get one parking spot outside. Even though it states in the property overview there is a two-car garage available, we were told our other guests would have to park on the street. Nowhere in the house description did it state this was their personal home. The home is very large and has a beautiful backyard with lake views. However, the house was not clean. The tile floors and sinks were dirty, which we had to clean before our trip even started. They also left out personal items in the master bath including used bars of soap in the shower area, mouthwash and toothbrushes. The dishwasher did not clean adequately and rather than put dirty dishes away we washed all by hand. There was a strong kitty litter smell in the lower level and the ceiling fan upstairs was hanging by electrical wires. I was told by the owner multiple times that they’ve never had complaints and made me to feel like this was my problem. When you pay premium price for a home, you expect to get somewhat premium quality. Overall this home is not as advertised, and I would strongly recommend not renting. There are better options in the same area.

Yes we're never ever want this horrible group, back to our house,neve !this group is dishonest,Rude,like take advantage people(we 're give her one night free ) Broken house rules many away when they booked for one person,after they bring many people to the house,the neighbors complain they to to noisy broken rules take animal to our house, never read house rules information,we,re have a local TV channels she doesn't know how to .used,we have digital lock she doesn't know how to use text us at midnight the boat afterl theyused left not charge,my next guess have wating all today for the boat charge .they left house filthy towels on the floor, toilet poop hang there, this is a such nightmare rent a house to this kind people,at some day last group check out we got all positive review, it's same day same house why from totally positive trun to totally obverse ? Here's crystal clear, some thing wrong about this group they're never welcome back and I suggest she take a psychologist class just she will put all this nosense to other nice innocent people!

Not worth the money spent!

We decided to take our young girls on a little vacation for our wedding anniversary and we were very excited to find this property that had a pool in the back yard as well as the pontoon boat. Our girls LOVE to swim and the pools in our state are closed for the season so we specifically rented this property for the pool. We would get to relax together and our kids could swim their little hearts out. In the listing description it specified in all CAPITAL letters that the pool is HEATED and it also stated this in the information binder in the home. Well we were sorely disappointed when the pool was in fact not heated and never got over 67 degrees. They got to swim all of 10 minutes total over the entire trip we spent there because it was “take your breath away” COLD. On top of that.. when we brought it up to the host she had zero sympathy and just said “sorry, the heater is broken”. She didn’t try to get it fixed, she wasn’t willing to reimburse us in any way, and she never once told us this before we paid her a lot of money to stay there. It was also stated that the house was professionally cleaned but it was clear that that definitely wasn’t the case. The house was full of cobwebs and I went home covered in spider bites. When I opened the coffee maker there was an old filter in there that was hard as a rock. Overall I would never go back and I would not recommend this property to anyone else. We made the best of our situation but it was not worth the money spent.

If someone brings the pets to you house which means broke your house rules then you charged fine to make them angry ! So I got two star is not surprised to me ! They "re all does that! I only have to say I guarantee my pool is functional heated and water is crystal clear!

We had a wonderful week

This house was great. It was clean and had lots of room and everything you’d want (including shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, etc.). We had a snafu with the wifi, which seemed to be a Cox problem more than anything else, but frustrating nonetheless.

Great Rare Phoenix house on water with a pontoon boat!

Very wonderful stay for 10 days, plenty of room for each extended family's personal space yet also great gathering areas in the backyard by pool and dining room for playing cards together in the evening. Xiaobing was very responsive and helpful throughout the process - we appreciate it. We'll definitely rent it again, super experience!

family visit

Had a great time while in town for a wedding. My husband and I are big smoothie/milkshake drinkers and were disappointed there wasn't a blender. Usually standard in rentals. Also, they could use a tablespoon/teaspoon measure for cooking and baking. Spare bed upstairs is lumpy. Overall had a good time and would rent again
