clean quiet safe neighborhood in a great location for visiting GCU.house had everything we needed and my granddaughter loved the ducks and birds on the lake every day. No problems at all.

This unique property is excellent in all respects. The lakefront exposure is a wonderful place to enjoy morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. This home is well maintained and stocked. Everything fully functional and very comfortable. The meticulous organization of the technologies makes things easy to use. 5 star rating for sure.

Second time staying

This is the second time we have stayed at this beautiful property for our annual family reunion. The location is perfect, walking distance to the grocery store and 30 mins from the airport. The house is spacious and immaculately clean, the pool and view can’t be beaten. We love this property and highly recommend it!

Had a lovely stay and would rent again. But ….. Front door keyless entry batteries were dead which slowed our entry; pool lights were burned out which made pool area dangerous after dark; no umbrellas for the pool as in picture; minimal number of bathroom towels (please provide more); no access to garage which made unloading/loading inconvenient.

Family gathering

It was great. House is lovely on the lake, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, very nice neighborhood. Foosball table was a hit! . Pool water was too cold to go swimming but enjoyed sitting by the pool looking out at the lake. Hope to stay there again in the future.

Great property and communication!

The property is very spacious, clean, and as a beautiful backyard setting on the water (too bad it was 109 when we stayed!). Mitchell is so easy to work with, very responsive, and has a very informative guest manual. The location is perfect for getting around the Phoenix area, and close to a lot of shopping and restaurants. We hope to stay at this house again!

Amazing stay!

This property is so awesome! The house is beautiful inside and out! It was very clean! While my husband and I stayed there we felt very safe and comfortable. We had so much fun staying in! We enjoyed the pool and the pontoon so much as well as the game room! I will def be booking a stay at this property again! Also it was very easy to get help from the host the couple of times that I had questions! I highly recommend staying here. You will not be disappointed.

Spring Break Getaway

This property was absolutely perfect for our family visit! The location was perfect for us, within walking distance from my aunt's. The house was comfortable and equipped with everything we needed and more. Although the pool was chilly, we did get in twice. We played lots of Foosball in the house and basketball across the street at the park. When we notified the manager that the basketball was flat, he had a pump sent to the house the very next day!We had a fantastic time and loved our stay here.
