Starboard Tack 3H - Vivez vos vacances dans ce spacieux condo d'une chambre avec vue sur l'océan. Starboard Tack est situé sur la 144e rue à North Ocean City. Situé à seulement 1/2 pâté de maisons de la plage avec vue sur l'océan depuis votre balcon et à seulement quelques pâtés de maisons de Fenwick Island. Ce condo peut occuper 4 personnes et dispose d'une grande cuisine, d'un spacieux coin salon / repas et d'une chambre avec 2 lits queen-size. Le client fournit les draps et les serviettes. Il y a un bâtiment buanderie pour votre commodité. Le balcon a non seulement une vue sur l'océan, mais aussi un espace pour se détendre. Cette propriété est située au 3ème étage avec des marches pour y accéder. Condo loue du samedi au samedi seulement en saison. Non-fumeur. Pas d'animaux, s'il vous plaît. Désolé, pas de parking pour remorque. Nos propriétaires ne permettent pas la location de groupe aux personnes de moins de 25 ans. Veuillez noter que nous n'annonçons aucune propriété sur la liste de Craig. Si vous voyez le contenu de nos listes sur la liste de Craig, ce n'est pas une annonce légitime de Central Reservations ..

We enjoyed staying at this place. It was clean and updated. Our family don’t out ever night and we were happy to see the kitchen was well equipped with clean pots and pants. Nice place!

Great value!

The location of the condo was wonderful and it was very neat and clean. It was a great value! The only issue we had is that the padlock on the storage area did not work with the combination provided. We were told to keep trying it and that the lock may stick due to weather corrosion. We were never able to get it to work so just kept our beach things in the back of our car. Also, we are a healthy family of four so the three story walk-up was not a problem for us, but may not work for others with health concerns or disabilities.

I am sorry that you had issues with the padlock, and sorry we were not able to better address it for you. Review of property

We appreciated the convenience and location of the property but disappointed with some of the features. The living room furniture was extremely uncomfortable. The property did not have a toaster, a useable vacuum cleaner, an iron and ironing board. We had to wash some of the dishes/silverware/pans because they were not clean. We could not get the blue ray to work, and the TV had minimal channels. We did find the beds to be very comfortable. Based on our experience, we felt the rental cost was too high for what we received so we would not rent this unit again.

Good morning Brian Thank you for taking the time to review our property. Our inventory shows that this property has a toaster, iron and ironing board. I wish you had called us, we have a stock of such things if they break we are happy to replace. Please should you rent any property from us in the future, we are a phone call away. I am very sorry that you were missing items and I guess the guest before you put away dirty dishes which is nasty I agree but we can not check all dishes inbetween rentals.

Quiet & Walkable

The condo had all necessary items for the time we spent indoors plus it was a stone’s throw from the beach and a walkable distance to several great OCMD and Fenwick favorites. The neighborhood and beach were quiet and not crowded at all + very family-friendly for our toddler. When an issue arose with the AC, the property manager/owner helped rectify the situation quickly.
