I would like to refer again to individual topics: Access data Vrbo: this data glitch was found thanks to your help and has been corrected. Towels: more towels can be ordered via the Houseceeping. Nevertheless, we will check the quantity of towels again. Pool: At Villa Oliva, the pool and also the garden are cleaned weekly. Perhaps the pool was cleaned when you were not at home. Or early in the morning when you were still asleep. However, we will check with the pool service to see if it has been cleaned. Parking: You are right, the road is not wide, but there are only a few cars a day (only residents). In more than 20 years there has never been any damage to a car. If you park close to the hedge, it's not a problem. Even larger cars such as Mercedes Sprinters get past without any problems. The Spanish are used to driving through narrow streets ;) Restaurants and activities: We are in the process of compiling extensive restaurant and excursion tips and making them available in a brochure in the house. If you like to use Google or the Comot hiking app, for example, you will find numerous options in the neighbourhood. Washing machine: From the 2026 season there will be a washing machine in the house. Until then, there are washing machines at every campsite in the vicinity (Eurocamping, Camping Azul, some within walking distance via the beach, or 5 minutes by car). Another great option is the modern launderette in the La Marina Ondara shopping centre (10 minutes by car). We describe the locations in more detail in our current guest information. Eine Anmerkung zur Badezimmertüre im Erdgeschoss: Diese Türe haben wir extra erneuert und mit einem modernen Magnetschließsystem ausgestattet. Leider kommen manche Gäste mit der "Technik" beim Türeschließen nicht klar (die Türklinge muss beim Schließen der Türe gedrückt werden, sonst entriegelt der Mechanismus zum Türschloss nicht 100%). Zugegebenermaßen ist diese Schließtechnik nicht praxistauglich. Wir werden uns darum kümmern und einen Schreiner beauftragen ein konventionelles Schloss einzubauen. Es tut uns natürlich sehr leid, dass die Geschirrspühlmaschine scheinbar nicht funktioniert hat. Wenn etwas im Haus nicht funktioniert, gerne auch direkt bei uns melden, dann können wir der Sache mit mehr Nachdruck hinterhergehen. Laut Tossal wurde ein Techniker zum Haus geschickt, der dann aber leider nicht reinkam, da zu diesem Zeitpunkt niemand da war. Dies half dann aber leider keinem weiter. Die Maschine funktioniert jetzt wieder einwandfrei.

Dear Renter, thanks for your really helpful comments. We will look, that we organize some pool toys. Important to know for the renters will be, that pool toys easily can be damaged and that we cannot ensure, that all the time there will be a lot of good functioning toys. But anyway, when there is a little selection its still better than nothing, here you are very right. A “whats nearby package” is helpful and you can find this in the “renters app” of fewo. Here you get the key in advance by email from fewo-direct. If this is not working, you can let me know. In the app we put interesting things like restaurants, shopping, bars, whats in the house, where does the rubbish go and so on. Thanks.
