Magnifiquement rénové condo de deux chambres avec mezzanine a l'océan et vue sur le jardin. Cuisine récemment rénovée avec comptoir en pierre et nouvelles douches à l'italienne avec carrelage gravé au design. Lit King dans la chambre principale. Lit Queen dans le loft. Sensation ouverte. Une porte supplémentaire du loft a été installée dans la salle de bain à l’étage, permettant à l’air de circuler dans l’étage. En bas, la chambre a deux lits jumeaux. Mobilier confortable en rotin avec divan-lit queen dans le salon. Unité bien garnie. Internet sans fil installé. Très grand, nouvelle télévision à écran plat dans le salon et télévision dans la chambre principale. Ne pas fumer dans l'unité, s'il vous plaît.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: STAY AWAY. This was the most dated and dirty/tired unit I have ever stayed in Maui since I started vacationing on Maui over 25 years ago. The listing said recently updated but everything was old and dirty.Toilets that didn’t properly flush, sink faucets that didn’t properly work, bugs coming out of every drain in the kitchen/ bathroom sinks. I have stayed in a different unit within this property and found it to be satisfactory. But NOT this unit . Management on property never got back to me when I voiced my concerns. We had to find other accommodations.

Excellent choice for Family of 5

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Hale Kamaole and unit 315 were both excellent choices for our stay in Maui! The staff were excellent and responsive. The unit was spacious and clean. My family of 5 was very comfortable. The view of the ocean from the lanai and proximity to the front pool and elevator were excellent! We would highly recommend this unit and this resort in Maui.

Amazing place to stay

A Great Holiday!

Staff are always friendly and helpful and the units are nicely decorated, very clean and well maintained. The charcoal barbecues, pool, tennis courts and proximity to the beach are all bonuses.

Poorly Stocked

Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was very poorly stocked. There was no sponge in the kitchen, the burners didn't fit the stove, there were only 3 beach towels, the quality of the sheets was poor. It was like a motel 6. No plastic glasses for beach/pool use. I was very disappointed and won't be returning to that unit.

Best location you could ask for

Location was excellent, condo was well stocked, including beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler, etc. Check-in was a breeze. We did have some sugar ants in unit the first night, but management quickly took care of this as soon as they were notified. The condo is a little dated, but clean. There could be more gas BBQ's on site, as there are line-ups every night for the 2 available, but pretty minor. Over-all, I'd definately recommend unit 315, and would definately stay again.

Was amazing. Plenty of space and clean. Was just a block from the beach which was perfect. It’s a bit away from the busyness up the road which was nice. The A/C in the rooms was sufficient, although It wasn’t that hot during our stay. Can’t speak to the heat of summer. You have to register the rental car but the office was open and lady was friendly. You have to be cautious pulling out of the property onto the road. It’s hard to see oncoming traffic without pulling into crosswalk. In all, I’d definitely stay there again.

Great place for a Maui vacation!

Hale Kamaole is directly across from "Kam 3" a wonderful beach/park. It was easy for us to load up beach chairs and walk across the street for either a beach day or the sunset. The condo is equipped with the basics. It might be helpful for renters to know the layout, which wasn't clear to us before arriving: Upstairs is the loft with queen bed (open air at top of stairs) and the king/master bedroom and bath is also upstairs. Downstairs is the 2nd bedroom with 2 twin beds and a separate bathroom, kitchen, living room and lanai. There were 4 adults staying there and we were all very comfortable. The unit was breezy and climate was comfortable our entire stay. We didn't experience loud noise in the bedrooms from parking area. We enjoyed our short trip to Maui to celebrate my 40th birthday!

Disappointing

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Looked forward to coming back to Hale Kameole but this unit was disappointing. It met our needs - comfy beds, nice showers, well stocked with towels, comfortable furniture, beach chairs, but it was pretty tired and needed maintenance. The downstairs bathroom had an unpleasant smell that we couldn't get rid of. Screen door broken and hard to open and close. Window in downstairs bedroom wouldn't open. Blinds didn't darken bedrooms at night. The lanai was a disappointment as it is set back and enclosed which limits view and air flow. Lots of road noise from the lane and complex behind compared to units on the other side of the complex. Bedrooms back onto the walkway connecting the units which is noisy with guests coming and going early and late hours. Toaster broke and management didn't replace it. Would not stay in this unit again.

Not quite up to expectations

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Best condo feature is closeness to ocean - short walk across the street. We were disappointed in condo condition: ants and flying insects in/near both b/rooms. Mgmt sprayed and left sprayer for us to do the rest - had ants until last day. One bathroom had lot of hair in shower - which questioned how well or if it was cleaned before we arrived. Kitchen faucet needs replacing and one beach chair was broken. Could use a better assortment of bowls in kitchen - had either small or very large -nothing mid-size. Sliding screen door on patio difficult to open/close - needs maintenance or replacement. 2 swim pools but both fairly small. Afternoons bring a lot more pool visitors once the beach conditions are not as good in AM. Was difficult to access internet as we were not given correct log-in information. Our visit was during a very warm time - 85 degs in daytime. condo was very warm except for 2 bedrooms with AC. Could have used more or better ceiling fans to help cool it down. Unit faced west/southwest so afternoon sun is intense.

Nice for families

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 6 had a nice vacation and we loved the location, so close to the beach as well as a big lawn for the kids to play. The condo was comfortable, well appointed and there were lots of beach chairs, boogie boards and sand toys. We would have liked better patio furniture and spent little time out on the patio because of this, but we would rather be on the beach anyway! One other complaint, the downstairs bedroom windows are right next to the interior walkway and the outdoor lights, so it is never completely dark at night. I kept the blinds shut tight but it really needs blackout curtains in that room. Otherwise, we had a terrific time and enjoyed our stay!

Decent Stay

The bathrooms had a lot of ants and by the end of our stay, we started seeing roaches inside. Because of this, we probably wouldn't stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is well appointed and families who stay will probably find nothing lacking. Our blender was broken, I called the office and within the hour a brand new (in box) blender was delivered. All the beds were comfortable, the bathrooms and kitchen cleaned well and the outside closet packed with chairs, toys, coolers, etc. This unit is one that we will seek out when returning to Maui. Mahalo for such a special stay!
