Spectaculaire Ocean View Front Row Condo 2 chambres! Récemment rénové H-209

Aloha, nous aimerions vous souhaiter la bienvenue dans un magnifique condo face à l'océan entiÚrement rénové conçu par Peter Rusnak. Décor hawaïen avec des meubles de style ßle dans toute l'unité. Vous ferez l'expérience d'Hawaï tout en vous relaxant dans un luxueux condo de 2 chambres.

H209 est un condo calme situé dans la premiÚre rangée du développement Maui Kamaole. Les bùtiments H sont les seules unités avec vue sur l'océan au premier rang en retrait du bruit de South Kihei Road. La paix et la tranquillité vous attendent dans le paradis hawaïen de H209.

Les deux chambres ont de nouveaux meubles et matelas Serta Perfect Sleeper. Nouveaux téléviseurs à écran plat et lecteurs DVD dans chaque chambre, ainsi qu'une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite dans tout le condo. Tous les lits ont également des draps à haute teneur en fils pour un Five Star Resort. A l'étage, la chambre principale a un lit king cal, avec deux lits jumeaux dans la chambre en bas, et un canapé-lit queen dans le salon. Et pour votre confort, nous fournissons de nombreux oreillers et couvertures supplémentaires.

Des ventilateurs et des climatiseurs se trouvent dans chaque chambre. Le condo a une brise croisĂ©e si merveilleuse, vous n'aurez peut-ĂȘtre jamais besoin de les allumer.

La cuisine a de nouveaux appareils et toutes les commodités de la maison. Une gamme complÚte de chaises de plage, de planches de bodyboard, de parapluies et de jouets de sable est fournie. L'équipement de plongée en apnée est également fourni avec des tailles adultes et enfants. Nouvelle laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur avec détergent à lessive et draps en tissu fournis.

Profitez des couchers de soleil à couper le souffle de la véranda principale qui comprend une table et des chaises de patio, avec une chaise longue pour se détendre. Toute l'année, les vues sont incroyables. L'observation des baleines pendant les mois d'hiver est un régal supplémentaire. Nous fournissons également des jumelles.

We had a really nice stay! The parking spot is really close to the condo and the unit is well stocked with outdoor supplies, games, and kitchenware. The location can’t be beat, quick walk down the path to the beach and close to lots of great restaurants. Easy to grab an uber or lift to/from here as well. If it’s whale season, make sure to bring some binoculars.

The location is perfect, across from Kamaole beach, right in the town of Kihei, next town over is Wailea and makena . Close to everything !Checking in and out is easy. Well maintained property, complete with generous amount of beach gears, water bottles, towels , cooler bags. Everything you need for an island vacation. Communication is easy

This was a perfect location for our family. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants.The condo was very well appointed with everything we needed including boogy boards, umbrellas, and towels.The deck was perfect for watching sunsets!We will enjoy staying here in future years.

Wonderful place to stay!

Franca was amazing. She thought of everything. Beach chairs, snorkel gear, boogie boards, laundry supplies, you name it. She left a bottle of pineapple wine and Island treats on the counter as a welcome present. The condo was clean and decorated very tastfully, the beds were comfortable, the showers had great water pressure and salon professional shampoo and conditioner, and every small appliance you could think of was at your disposal to use. The pool was great too! Not to mention, you could watch the beautiful Maui sunset every night on the lanai. I would most definitely stay here again!

One of the best.

We have stayed in many condos in Maui and elsewhere and this is one of the best. Better stocked and condition than many vacation rentals. Short walk across the road to Kam3 and the beach. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a condo in Kihei.

one of best rentals we have rented

This places was amazing. Location was great. Such an easy walk to restaurants, beach, morning coffee extra. The view from the patio is incredible. The hosts are amazing. The property is so well stocked with towels, beach items, toiletries, etc. The hosts also provided a 20 page welcome packet which was so helpful and we referenced throughout the entire trip. Plenty of room for our family of 5. We will definitely rent again if visit Maui again.

Everything you need

Great ocean view from the patio (and even while washing dishes). Spacious setup and all sorts of beach stuff to make things easy for you. Plenty of room for two adults and three young children. There is one flight of stairs to get to the unit, and then stairs in the unit to the upstairs bedroom/loft.

Felt like home

We had a great time here! Communicate was great. The place was lovely... all the units in this condo complex have a similar layout and this unit was especially comfortable. We loved how easy the hosts were to work with, the snorkel gear, and the ac in each room (though you don't need it too much with the windows open). Would stay here again!

Fabulous 10 days

We stayed at H209 for 10 nights and everything was wonderful. Unit had everything one could need; snorkel gear, beach chairs/umbrella, hand lotion, water bottles, Tupperware, 
 Visited with my two preteen daughters and the twin beds were perfect for them. Loved having two bathrooms. Loved proximity to everything. Would definitely Italy recommend to friends and would stay here again. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Maui (Kihei)

Franca was proactive in reaching out with clear instructions which made the check in process complete seamless. We arrived to a spotless clean place with all the amenities of a home. Beautiful views of the sunset each night sipping tea from the balcony. Unit is very quiet and steps from the beach. I would stay here again for sure. Franca was amazing and the place was perfect.

Ideal home away from home

So many little things that make this place a great choice for your Maui stay. The fewer things you need to take care of or think of or supply for your vacation the better and this place has almost everything you could possibly need for your stay! The kitchen is stocked, towels, first aid, sunscreen, toiletries, laundry, beach gear, entertainment (books, dvds puzzles etc). This is a cozy, comfy place to come back to after long days exploring the Island. The complex itself is really great too, especially the main pool which was always just right for when we needed it. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to anyone staying in Maui!

The South Kihei area is ideal, with its beautiful beaches just across the street, and great variety of restaurants just up the road. If you go south a few miles, you are in Wailea, with world-class shopping and restaurants.
