Charming 1-bedroom cottage with WiFi, AC in tranquil San Carlos

Escape to this fabulous 1-bedroom cottage in San Carlos. Relax in the peaceful atmosphere of this cozy retreat, complete with a queen bed and all the essentials you need for a wonderful stay. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like WiFi, a hair dryer, and a washing machine. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your Bay Area trip one to remember.

We feature a full kitchen with gas cooktop and dishwasher. Enjoy our fast and reliable WiFi, smart TV for streaming, heating and Air Conditioning and a dedicated desk workspace. We have a newly installed battery back up system with solar for any power outages. All soaps and detergent provided for the dishwasher and washing machine (free and clear). Nespresso coffee and espresso maker with pods provided as well. We are one block from The Devonshire Little Store for basic convenient store items. They also make deli sandwiches and have a Mitchell’s scooped ice cream bar.

We are short drive from downtown San Carlos for the many popular restaurants and have easy access to both the 101 and 280 freeways and Caltrain. Carlmont Shopping Center is also a 5 minute drive and features even more restaurants, Lunardi’s Grocery Store, Starbucks, gas station and much more. Kitty corner from there is a Safeway as well.

Property notes:
The cottage is at the back of the driveway with its own entrance and no connection to the main house. It’s positioned adjacent to our enclosed backyard. We have 3 kids that sometimes practice basketball in the driveway in front of the cottage or play in the adjacent backyard.

We use the driveway to park our 2 personal vehicles. Cottage guests have free street parking right in front of the main house.
