Beau condo au rez de chaussée juste autour du coin de la piscine de la communauté de condo qui est pas toujours chauffée en hiver. Une cuisine complÚte, une salle de bain avec baignoire et l'autre avec une douche. EntiÚrement meublé. cùble et WiFi gratuit. Chaque chambre dispose d'une télévision, d'un lit queen size et plusieurs commodes et grands placards. Il y a une laveuse et sécheuse empilables sur place et un petit barbecue. La cuisine est entiÚrement équipée avec grille-pain, mixeur, vaisselle, micro-ondes, frigo, etc., et une belle gamme électrique. La table à manger a 6 chaises.

Jenney and Glenn warmly welcomed us to this wonderful condo overlooking a golfing putting green. The Southwestern art, rugs, and decorations made us feel right at home. The kitchen was fully equipped, the condo was roomy and quiet, and we wish we could have stayed longer. Yes, we were close to everything we wanted, with excellent restaurants (including Yuma Thai Cuisine) just a short drive away. On site laundry was an unexpected treat. Jenney also recommended local restaurants and was easily available if we had any questions. Truly a wonderful stay for our first time in Yuma. Thank YOU!

This was a wonderful spot to stay. The hosts were excellent with communications. Very quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed the casual golf course.

Loved it.

The condo was wonderful. Very clean. The owner was great to work with. It took a little while to get let in. The only draw back was the hot pool was dirty but that wasn’t the owners fault. The condo management should have done better.

Attractive and comfortable.

My husband and I spent 10 days at this condo and we really didn’t want to leave. The reservation experience could not have been easier and the owners were so helpful and even met us at check in to show us the condo and complex. It was a perfect location for us to visit Mexico and the local community had everything we needed. The condo was nicely decorated in Southwest motif as had everything we needed plus. Comfortable and inviting Nice quiet complex and we enjoyed the covered parking. We definitely would stay her again.

A great home away from home!

We were there for two weeks and we can’t wait to go back next year. The condo is roomy and clean. What you see in the photos really is what you get, and because so many supplies are provided, “Bring your toothbrush” is quite accurate. The location is great. You can walk or ride bikes in the area, and groceries are a short distance away. The owners are friendly, considerate, and readily available. Two weeks were not long enough! Thanks for a great home away from home!

We arrived Feb 13 for two weeks , we meet Loidene and Jenny for the first time they are wonderful l

Was a cozy condo stay close too amenities , the only thing was we were disappointed in not being able too barbecue but we made things work ! Well hopefully next year people will be able too barbecue.

We felt right at home

We stayed for a month and this was just perfect for us. The hosts were both really great and their communication was spot on too. We locked ourselves out and I felt so bad to have to interrupt them from their lives but they were wonderful about it and we made sure to not make that mistake again--I felt so bad. Rental was very well equipped with everything you can imagine. The neighbors are quiet and all that we encounted were nice. Parking was excellent and we always felt safe. The location was perfect for us and we just fell in love with the rental and the Yuma area. Makes me a bit sad to write this review because it is a bit like giving up the location of your favorite fishing spot.

Stellar and friendly hosts! Highly recommended!

I really couldn’t have asked for a better introduction into the VRBO and temporary stay world. The space was ideally suited for our 11 day stay. I particularly enjoyed watching the Roadrunners speedily gallop across the golf course out our sliding glass door. But, the real “cherry-on-the-top” for us, was the next-level friendliness and accommodating hospitality of our hosts. They even helped me find an overnight spot for our U-Haul when I was in a bind! Can’t say enough good things about LoiDene and Jenney! Awesome.

My freind LoiDene and I bought this condo over twenty years ago not long after we first met. We have truly enjoyed hosting and meeting so many people from so many places, many who have returned to stay with us again.
In 2025 Loidene passed her share of the Condo to my partner of many years Glen, and our Bring Your Toothbrush Condo continues to serve many happy travelers to Yuma.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

It is a safe and beautiful setting on a well maintained desert golf course and close to shopping, entertainment and recreation.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

We are on a golf course and less than an hour away from Algodones Mexico where many of our guests have made dental or optical appointments and go to shop in the pharmacies and Mexican shops. There are several golf courses and many excellent restaurants in the Yuma and Yuma Foothills area. We are also near the Yuma Marine Corp Air Station and the Yuma Proving Grounds for those visiting military or working temporarily at these facilities. The condo has a pool and spa that is sometimes heated in the winter, covered parking and is in walking distance of the golf course clubhouse. This condo is very well maintained and is nicely furnished and decorated to help you feel at home while you are visiting Yuma.
