We are really sorry you feel this way and a little shocked at your review as when speaking with you and reading your text messages all seemed pleasant and fine and thanking us. With no mention of being unhappy with the home. You never mentioned there was an issue with this being a unit attached to other units. This home is over 3000 sq ft with 6 rooms 3 stories and plenty of space for all. There were only 2 in your party. It does mention in our listing that this is a new and growing community and that other units are under construction. This is a home located on a ski resort at which during the winter months there is no construction being done. We unfortunately have no control over the construction being done in order to finish the other units in the summer months. There is actually a lot of construction being done all over the mountain during this time. We also felt we left pretty descriptive instructions on how to get to the property and have not had issues with other renters finding it. This may be due to the fact that you arrived so late at night as the property is in the mountains it can be very dark and hard to find your way around. The construction mentioned is in the upper side of the property is quite a ways from our home. Which the photos you added are taken from the actual construction site. This can not be seen from our property nor is it in front of it. you have to physically drive or walk up to it. I spoke with you several times which all seemed to be pleasant conversation not once did you mention being unhappy and wanting a partial refund. We would have been happy to discuss this with you and come to a fair agreement if we had known. As we want all our renters to have a great experience. As far as the hot tub it was to our knowledge in full working order and as soon as we realized the temperature controls weren't working we sent someone up to fix it for you. It appeared that a previous guest had accidentally set the controls wrong and it was stuck at a lower temperature. You were in fact able to use it and sent me a message thanking me and telling us how nice and relaxing it was! The hot tub is an amenity that we offer for free as other rentals charge a fee to use. It is brand new and is serviced once a week and we are told is in full working order.
