Our `Koskenranta` apartment is located in the very downtown of Tampere, right next to the Tammerkoski rapids and all of the services the city has to offer. The apartment is a one-bedroom apartment with stunning views to Tampere downtown and Tammerkoski rapids from the private rooftop terrace of the apartment. The apartment has everything you need for a short or longer stay, such as a private sauna, dishwasher, washing machine and fully equipped kitchen.

The apartment is located in a neighborhood named `Kyttälä` right in the center of Tampere downtown. You have all the best restaurants, shopping centers, bars and theaters right next to the apartment. The famous Tammerkoski rapids can seen directly from the private rooftop terrace of the apartment.

It is a 5 minutes walk from both the Tampere railway station and the bus station to the apartment. The tram and bus stops are 2 minutes walk away from the apartment. When spending time in the downtown you can walk pretty much everywhere.

This is a private apartment in a residential building from one night to even several years. There is a house silence from 10PM to 8AM each day and we demand our guests to follow this rule.
