Nice clean well equipped unit. Great quiet location in town but right on the Kenai and surrounded by trees. Nice deck and grilling area. Karl is a great host. The fish packing , freezer unit a nice plus as is the laundry room just 2 units over. Close to grocery stores, restaurants and tackle shops. Nice paved walking, running or biking trail right out the door. Will book again for sure! Booked fishing charters with Al at Gotta Fish. They were great!

Great location on the river. I enjoyed the 1/2 mile walk to the main road and the shopping. The condo was great and ad every thing we needed. Great views, great location.

Perfect Location

Loved our location for all the fishing and hiking we planned. It was very peaceful, the condo unit was clean, the owners were very helpful and residents were friendly.

Great location

Overall, the condo and location are excellent. It has everything needed for a very comfortable stay, including kitchen wares, appliances, etc. I just wish it had (had room for) a TV in the bedroom.

Perfect river location + accommodations

Ideal location for salmon fishing with platform on Kenai river. Place was clean, and accommodations work just right for us. Practical and functional at a reasonable price. Will definitely stay here again.

Comfortable and convenient!

The condo itself is very comfortable and taken care of. The location is awesome since its right in the heart of Soldotna. However, it feels surprisingly secluded because it is tucked away. It's located right by the river, so it's a perfect place to stay whether you're there to fish, repax, or for work.
