I grew up in NY and moved around a bit til I found this charming lil town tucked away in the mountains. What I love most about Roanoke is how easy it is to do anything! You can hit the farmers market, stumble on a festival downtown, have lunch, hike a trail and be home by 3pm.

Grandin Village is one of the most popular neighborhoods in the area due to it's charm and proximity to everything Roanoke has to offer. We often joke that we are 7 minutes to everything (or under)! Young professionals and families fill the main streets filled with local shops, eateries, the oldest theater (Grandin Theater) in this region, wine bars, weekly farmers market.

It's an old but well maintained home built in 1905 with all the charm and all the upgrades. Beautiful large lot with a spacious front porch perfect for morning coffee with a view. The host lives upstairs in the main home offering a quiet, safe home away from home during your stay.
