We rent from VRBO quite often and this is one of nicest properties that we have encountered. The location is outstanding! So close to all the great downtown restaurants and UNA! We will definitely stay here every time we are in town!!!

What a nice, highly communicative, and accommodating owner. One of the best-stocked stays we've every enjoyed--from coffee to snacks to toiletries.The space is as cool as is looks online, and the location could not be better for walking.

Downtown Florence really is the heart of the Shoals. When it’s happening here, it’s happening downtown. We love the convenience of Loft 217 to be able to walk around town, to the restuarants and shops.

Loft 217 is a historic Florence property. Originally “the Eleanor,” the property has been loved for over a century. Guest will be treated to the original hardwoods and masonry along with a central view of Court Street. Truly, the best part of Loft 217 is ease of access to downtown, UNA, McFarland, and the Tennessee River.
