The Space:
Accommodating up to 11 guests, this warm and inviting mountain home features a thoughtfully designed open floor plan, a fully equipped kitchen, and cozy living spaces with plush furnishings and large windows to soak in the serene forest views. Relax in the spacious master suite, enjoy coffee on the expansive deck, or gather around the stone fireplace for cozy evenings.

Located within the gated Big Canoe community, guests have access to miles of hiking trails, pristine lakes for fishing and kayaking, a championship golf course, tennis courts, a wellness center, and multiple pools. Whether you're looking for an adventure-filled getaway or a tranquil escape from the city, this home offers the perfect balance of relaxation and outdoor fun.

There is one bedroom and en-suite bathroom on the main floor. There are 2 additional bedrooms with a jack-and-jill bathroom on the top floor as well as a work area/reading nook. In the basement, is a fourth bedroom with en-suite access bathroom as well as a trundle bed in the family room area that also has access to the bathroom.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire property as well as access to Big Canoe amenities (charged separately and paid to Big Canoe POA)

The Neighborhood:
Big Canoe is an award-winning gated mountain/golf/swim/hike community located 1 hour from Atlanta, GA. This community boasts 3 pools, a fitness center, a beach with paddle boards and kayaks, golf, and miles of trails. Big Canoe is located in Jasper, GA which is a great central location for exploring other nearby towns and attractions like Helen, Blue Ridge, Amicalola Falls, and more.

Getting Around:
The home's address is 42 Chestnut Knoll Ridge, Jasper, GA 30143 HOWEVER some GPS won't register this and will take you to a different community called 'Bent Tree.' Do not go there! I find it is easiest to put 'Big Canoe Main Gate' in your GPS and that will get you to the correct entrance.

• To get to the Main Gate take Hwy 53 to Steve Tate Road.

-Inside of Big Canoe follow the main road, Wolfscratch Drive, approximately 2 miles.
-You will hit the first stop sign, go straight through (which actually curves to the right) and then take the next left into the ‘400 Sections Condominiums.’
-Keep left to go up the hill to the Villages of Chestnut Knoll.
-When the road dead-ends at the top of the hill, take a right (the sign doesn't list Chestnut Knoll Ridge)
-Chestnut Knoll Ridge is a small semi-circle street immediately on your right.
-The first driveway is fairly steep, so you are better off going in the second entrance.

Two parking spots are directly in front of the house (3 if you park close!)
